"That's why we moan and bitch and bellyache."

"Because by doing so we hope in our next incarnation, life will, in all senses of the term, be cool."

"Columnists have wondered why, given that scorching temperatures in India are inevitable, the heat has become the centre of every conversation. For Jug Suraiya, a well-known writer, the answer lies in the concept of karma and rebirth."

A less flattering explanation is that they're the world's biggest Assholes. (Real fucking assholes.)

I use public toilets and piss on the seat,
I walk around in the summertime saying "How about this heat?"
I'm an asshole (He's an asshole, what an asshole)
I'm an asshole (He's the world's biggest asshole)

Sometimes I park in handicapped spaces,
While handicapped people make handicapped faces.
I'm an asshole (He's an asshole, what an asshole)
I'm an asshole (He's a real fucking asshole)

Maybe I shouldn't be singing this song
Ranting and raving and carrying on
Maybe they're right when they tell me I'm wrong?

NAAAAH!

I think the tag should be heat, as opposed to hotness.

Hotness is what was generated when two people in their late 50s took their romance onto the blogosphere.

I cant really be too hard on the Indians..

Had I been born there, I would have a wife and kids.

Karma is a cruel teaching which get folks minds to accept anything and to lie down and give up, as if waiting until their next re-incarnation is a way to get results.

Complaining about dying of excessive heat is not moaning and bitching. Fatalism is not a virtue.

As Joseph Campbell said: "This is it. Just do it."

Well maybe I am paraphrasing.

I just want to say thank you for forcing us to listen to all your bullshit so you can have a better life - next time.

Your compassion - and, if it existed, karma - is an amazing thing to witness.
