Post with too many subjects.
I know I've crossed the over-complication line with this post. Look at all those tags: abortion, Althouse + Meade, Beccah Beushausen, beer, blogging, dolls, fake, James Frey, Meade, Oprah, Orson Welles, prayer, writing...

I really have to hand it to you, Althouse. Your decision to keep your private life private, and for Meade to take the role of Carl Dean, the never-mentioned husband of Dolly Parton, was brilliant.
The five minutes that you stuck by that promise are truly memorable.
If you've got it, flaunt it! The life we share is the only legacy we will leave behind us, especially when it is put into written form to be discovered by people not yet alive.

It was okay till you added "Orson Welles".
