Here are Jac's. I've always loved this one. Like my first one, it was done with a film camera. As he explains, it's a little display from a junk shop in Portage.
I probably have my own picture of that, somewhere amongst all my many unscanned film photographs.

It was taken two years ago on the USS Arizona Memorial, by my oldest son.
I keep little flags in my windowboxes
from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Here is one taken from (roughly) the same spot as your first picture, but just pointing in a different direction.

Oh goodie, I get to show the one I took on Tuesday. It's the storefronts across the street where I live. I crossed over to get a haircut and took a few pictures. They're out all the time, I think to draw attention.
