I was always taught that fake pearls were err, fake.
I think that real (cultured or wild) pearls are always classy, those wilma things are tacky.

Real pearls of modest proportions would look twee on Mrs. Obama. Besides, those huge beads are metaphor. We all know who has 'em in that duo.
Michelle Obama really does have great style. I've never seen her look anything but great.
