Nouns with the same name as adjectives can lead to odd sentences, like "orange and pink rose."

Pink and rose orange would be an entirely different thing.

If the musician Pink ever dressed in orange and rose, well, that could get confusing.

An ommatidial disturbance was the subject of a trial presided over by Justice Warren's son. The matter concerned jurisdiction over the nocturnal plumage of the doda bird.

There's also a flower called a pink. This post title is extremely ambiguous, without the photo.
