Keep 'em comin! You have an excellent eye for composition and color in your photography. And I think that's the best thing about cameras today. We spend a lot less time considering the technology we're using to capture what we see; leaving us with a lot more time to devote to capturing the scene that just moved us.
Most people would have walked through that tunnel/abyss as quickly as possible to get to the other side, without even noticing the art it represented.
Great shot. And while I think you're overusing your fish-eye lens somewhat ... this was an excellent example of a shot that required it to capture the moment.
Ann's photos remain one of the great treats of visiting her Blog.
So many are exquisite..(note)
I tout her Blog to others, and say it is worth a visit for her photos alone, even if you don't read a single word.
But you should. Because she writes from a huge palette of subjects.
Note - My favorite Althouse photos are a composition of snow, colors, texture on a Honda - and one of freaky floating multi-colored spheres in a mirror. Waiting for her one-woman show or the 8-lb coffee table selected photos book.

You big slut where were you last night?
Ah, back to the ol' clubbin' days...
Any anti-war terrorists in the area?
Looks pretty badass to me.

A cervix with a stairway! Evidently there are fertility problems.
Don't think I'm trying to suggest I actually went in this place! I didn't even know what it was. I just thought it looked interesting.

...and she's bypassing a stairway to heaven.
Girl, if I saw that entry way I would of been walking through it no matter what I found on the other end.
It was too enticing.
