Not quite as nasty as some of the signs I saw in the 60's in the South.

This was one of the first things I saw in NY that made me think..."this is so New York."

No People Without Dogs/ No dogs Without People is a Progressive municipal leashed unto the Other law-- and kinda forced.

In less blue cities, it's No People Leash Cats. No Cats Leash People-- They Have Better Ways. It's politically/ human-animal psychologically more fitting.
