"I'm a surfer up against two lawyers."

But it was not to be. Sorry, Ozzy. I was rooting for you. Yul, I loved you too. Congratulations.

Both Yul and Ozzie, indeed, were admirable, but a strategist not backed up by a warrior will survive in the jungle as readily as an ice cube. Ozzie wuz robbed.

While it was interesting strategy-wise, was this not the least survivor-y Survivor like, ever? These people got food about every five minutes, and boatloads of it. Best fed tribes *ever*.

I remember when they got rice and water and had to hunt rats for meat, dad-gummit.

Yeah, I couldn't complain much about Yul winning. It came down to two of the best Survivors ever. Maybe Ozzie will win some future All-Stars edition. You know he'll be up for it! I'm glad no one succeeded in ousting Ozzie earlier due to fear of his strength, like those two women were discussing. "He's too good - we have to get rid of him!" Psh.

So....uh...bring on The Apprentice and American Idol!

Hey Ann! Just dropped back in for some non-poli comments. Hope you are doing well.

Both Yul and Ozzie, indeed, were admirable, but a strategist not backed up by a warrior will survive in the jungle as readily as an ice cube. Ozzie wuz robbed.

Have to disagree. Ozzie had the luxury of abstaining from any hard decisions that might have antagonized the jury members. Yule carried him in that regard.

And while Yul wasn't as physically gifted as Ozzie, he was capable of excelling in BOTH the mental and physical game. Both of Ozzie's strategic decisions were weak - throwing a challenge [weasel] to oust a slacker, and passing [coward] on making a hard choice re Sandra/Becky.

Actually, I don't think Ozzy was really that dominant--I thought Yul was throwing a lot fo those challenges. He knew the exidol was protecting him from being voted on, so he didn't have to win immunity. So he let the "Ozzy is a threat" idea develop and take the attention of him. The guy outsmarted everyone of them...
