Sensory deprivation.
That last photograph makes me realize I'm suffering from sensory deprivation here in the depths of November in Madison, Wisconsin. I'm desperate for some visual stimulation around here. Maybe a thrilling blizzard or something.

Do not come to Indianapolis. Your mood will not change. It is cloudy, gray, cold and utterly dreary.
What, day after cloudy day isn't doing anything for you?
Go to West Towne Mall -- you'll get all the sensory overload you need and MORE! (shudder)
aw Ann. It was 80 degrees this weekend in Arkansas. It's back to 50's or so now. We're having the most gorgeous fall I think I've ever seen. Maybe you should go somewhere to look at the foliage. Is that all dead by now in Madison?
Three words: Radio Macondo podcasts!

If you can't go anywhere, Salsa is the auditory equivalent of the Allen Gardens in Spring!
Here's a Madison webcam. You can see yourself that all is dormant.
If you'd like, I could repost that link to Officer Dangle in shorts.
Hey, you said you were desperate!
King Tut exhibit is at the Field Museum in Chicago till January.
