A chip off the Althouse block. Only he's using some color, what's up with that?
And no, as usual, I don't understand what if any significance we have here. Sigh.....

That drawing is actually a prop for a 2-minute video scene I did in college.

Oh. I found it in the studio, which I've been cleaning out. What's the story in the scene. Is the guy with the baby in his eye an evil person? It occurred to me that the picture might stand for the idea "You must be born again."
