I don't think women are honest when it comes to their shoes. They always say the most torturous looking things imaginable are comfortable. This can't be true. And these boots, I don't know, they couldn't be very comfortable and who would want sweaty feet, ankles and calves in warm weather? Well, they would be easy to take r off, sort of just slide off along with a cup of sweat - ewww

Clearly from a cold climate. You definately don't see a lot of boots in Phoenix in the summer.
