"... and endowed with the life spirit of the Holy Spirit — they don’t consider that. Everything is digital to them. They are, at the end of the day, transhumanist. And what is transhumanist? Transhumanist is somebody who sees Homo sapien here and Homo sapien plus on the other side of what they call the singularity. And that’s why they’re all rushing — whether it’s artificial intelligence, regenerative robotics, quantum computing, advanced chip design, CRISPR, biotech, all of it — to come to this point of which the oligarchs are going to lead that revolution. And why are they going to do it? No. 1, when you get to know them and see where they’re spending the money, it’s because they want eternal life. You know why? Because they’re complete atheistic 11-year-old boys that are kind of science fiction 'Dungeons & Dragons' guys, and we’ve turned the nation over to that. And yes, I’m going to fight it every fucking step of the way. This is taking us back a millennium to feudalism.... They’re all superprogressive liberals, they’re all technofeudalists, they don’t give a flying fuck about the human being.... And they have to be stopped. If we don’t stop it, and we don’t stop it now, it’s going to destroy not just this country, it’s going to destroy the world...."
Said Steve Bannon, in "Steve Bannon on ‘Broligarchs’ vs. Populism/The fight for Donald Trump’s ear" (NYT)(listen and read the transcript without a pay wall here, at Podscribe).

Poor Bannon can't get over his Elon-envy.
Get a haircut and a shave bro, and then we'll talk.
Analog serfs have large record collections.
I hear that there's a transhumanist transsexual ultra-super liberal vegan serial killing death cult murdering people on opposite ends of the nation right now. Proof is in the "they don’t give a flying fuck about the human being" pudding.
"The fight for Donald Trump’s ear."
It's already taken a rifle shot. Leave the poor guy's ear alone.
I highly encourage you to visit Stacy McCain's theothermccain.com to read about this. Reading his several posts of new information on these freaks is like looking into a Rube Goldberg machine of trans-madness.
I have written it before but will do so again- it is nearly certain that no one alive as I write this will be alive in the year 2075. There will only be a handful of people alive today alive 120 years from now.
Not exactly my go-to guy for world view input or commentary on spiritual matters.
"I've done got her oaf's clothes and everything, but she won't grovel worth shucks."
Steve Bannon channels Miss Jane Hathaway.
"You are not an oaf."
And to clarify, my main point is that biological immortality will have to be built at the point of conception or shortly thereafter.
That's only 50 years away. Hell, even I might be alive. I'm I overlooking some obvious joke here?
While I sympathize with Bannon's repugnance, I have to think that very wealthy people who are trying to take over the world, like Soros, are much more dangerous than very wealthy people who are trying to live forever.
I prefer Race Bannon to Steve Bannon
"Prison changes a man."
Feudal cultures are common in sci-fi stories - you can also blame sci-fi writers.
If you want to see the world they envision, read "Altered Carbon" by Richard K. Morgan.
They are one and the same.
No paragraphs? That's a good way to make someone sound like an idiot or a lunatic. He's not wrong in saying that the "arc of history" hasn't been "bending towards" liberty and individualism. Transhumanism is part of that. The desire for immortality less so. What does that even mean now? Uploading your consciousness into a computer? Would that even be you?
And the fact that he's out.
Spirituality bullshit.
Oops, I meant 2175.
Musk convinced everyone to leave ExTwitter. Maybe he can achieve the same thing with federal employees.
Strange, I'm still there and it is quite the party this days, great source for breaking news.
Alternatively: Musk dropped ExTwitter's value by 78% in two years. Or: It took Musk 2 days to get people emulating Nazis, how long will it take to get the US onboard.
Bannon is articulating classical Thomistic (st Thomas Aquinas) humanism. I am pleasantly surprised. He’s not wrong.
