Remember the bumper stickers that said “Ted Kennedy’s car killed more people than my handgun?”

Along the same logic, how about “Trump’s been shot at by more people than Sergeant Major Walz?”

Gee… I wonder why patriotic cheers/chants of USA! USA! USA! are never heard at Democrat political rallies?

And I think they never will be. One must love America, imperfect though she is, to hold those feelings.

The last two Harris/Vance rallies, there WERE USA chants, you should’ve watched them.

Creepiness aside, his little walkabout means no one is serious about security, even after the Trump shooting.

He’s a slowly moving target out in the open. The treeline on the other side of the runway might be too far away for accurate sniper fire, but the buildings on this side are as close as the ones in PA.

Harris’s plane was empty, so I doubt USSS countersnipers were up. I also really doubt any have been assigned to JD. Maybe, maybe, there were state/local CS up. But once JD starts walking outside of the planned path, even the most ironclad CS plan is soggy toilet paper. All sorts of angles a bad guy could shoot from without being seen, let alone shot, by good guy snipers.

You can yell at Cheatle, Rowe, or whoever they pick next as the director, but until theyre allowed to yell back, “when we tell you something is too dangerous, don’t fucking do it!” the next incident is a matter of when, not if.

Uh oh.

New reporting (72 hour rule may apply) indicates Walz may have falsely filed paperwork with the Minnesota National Guard to retire as an E-9, a Command Sergeant Major, knowing full well he did not meet the obligations to retire as an E-9.

That would be a rather serious vase of fraud and tie in nicely with the Stolen Valor and Blue Falcon fraud.

I saw that in some of the original reporting. He got brevetted to CSM but basically headed for the hills after his unit got the warning order for deployment. Supposedly his separation paperwork is stamped 'not available for signature.' He just avoided all contact with NG after he found out about the deployment.

Very excited about the release of a new theology text I Believe, Help My Unbelief by Veli-Matti Karkkainen. Puts strong, committed Christian theology in focus while also talking about the ways other religions view these topics and discussing relevant scientific themes as well. It's a theology text for our current culture and times.

Great for Christians with an interest in learning about their faith and non-Christians to learn what is really being discussed these daysin key places all over the world. Even if you disagree with where or how he goes about it all you'll learn a lot. I do know him personally and he is as committed to Christ and the historic faith as anyone I've met, and I've been in very evangelistic conservative circles!

Okay, I know this will seem a little sexist. But Kamala Harris is aging in her face before our eyes. Look at photos of her in 2020 and 2024. Will this hurt her election changes? (Will this hurt her election chances more than the aging of a male candidate — Trump — hurts his?)

So I see Walz wants to keep weapons of war like the AR-15 out of the hands of the citizenry because they're not suitable for self defense Although there are several instances of their being used for just that. So another lie from him.

But I've seen that point several times- citizens should only have arms that are suitable for self defense. As if there is any weapon that meets that definition. Including a hammer, useful as both tool and weapon. Or baseball bat. To avoid being charged with having it in your car as a weapon it is advised to also have a baseball and baseball glove...

In any event, let's quote the second amendment. No long, and really easy to understand:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Hmm, self defense isn't mentioned. Anywhere. The right of the People to bear arms is, and it says that right shall not be infringed. So what types of weapons did they mean. Well, I guess we need other original sources from the people who wrote it. I'm not going to link or quote any, because because anyone with any knowledge on the matter knows they meant- the people should have all the common weapons available to the infantry. Which today would mean a select fire weapon and a semi-automatic sidearm. The fact that an individual right to bear arms was only a 5-4 vote on the Supreme Court means that 4 of those justices ignored the actual words of the second amendment and the historical meaning because, well, GUNS ARE ICKY!

Funny thing is, every tyrant in the last century who killed vast numbers of his own people started out by banning private ownership of guns. And in this century, quote from googlesearch- In 2012, Venezuela banned private sales of firearms and ammunition with the intention of lowering crime rates. And what's our Venezuelan dictator doing right now? Rounding up his political enemies and murdering them.

Say what you want about Walz and stolen valor or not, what I see is a man who wants to make it easy for government to slaughter it's citizens. And they wouldn't want to make it easy of they didn't have plans to do so.

Gospace said...

Whoops- this new format doesn't notice when you don't close out the markers... Oh, well. Lots of unnecessary bolding...

I think this is an old trick of gaming the system to see if it makes a mistake in your favor. By not signing his resignation papers or communicating, Walz set himself up with an excuse and an escape from blame in the event it was questioned - and in the event that it passed through the system, he could not only cash in an E9's retirement benefit, but also be gifted with a future excuse in the event it was uncovered (Hey! It wasn't my mistake). He set it in motion, but then did nothing to correct the course. But the system ground through the process and the unchecked boxes were brought to light.

Have you ever had a bone spur? You know, right, that they're visible on x-ray? I literally had one diagnosed by X-ray two weeks ago. And how hard they make it to, say, march with a pack? I can walk my dog, with pain, but with weight on me - I would not be reliable to my teammates.

It is certainly possibly that Trump used what he had to escape the draft.... like many many others. But he has never claimed to serve in the military, much less to have served at a higher rank than the one to which he was entitled, much less to have served in combat.

My wife has had a number of bone spurs on her feet. I trust her when she says they're painful. In addition to being visible on X-rays- they can be felt. And if when feeling them you press down hard, well, you get more then a ouch from the person you're torturing.

Drago is lying again just like Vance lied that Sgt Major Walz retired after 24 years of honorable service in the Minnesota National Guard rather than go to Iraq in 2005. However. the MN NG didn't get orders to Iraq until 2006. Vance served only four years as a non-combat military reporter for a Marine Air Wing - tucked safely inside an airbase while serving just 6 months in Iraq, so where is his valor?

Blue Falcon is code for Buddy Fucker. Blue Falcon fraud isnt a term of art, but i think Drago was characterizing Walz’s purported attempt to retire in a grade higher than he was qualified for as fraud, and worse, fraud connected with his buddy-fucking retirement just ahead of deployment. Hence, Blue Falcon fraud. Had Walz gone to Iraq, returned, and then tried to game the system for more money, it would be fraud, but not Blue Falconry (unless you consider the taxpayers to be buddies).

My God Soy Boy cat lady gadfly, you are stupid. National Guard baseline annual service, as with the Reserves, is 1 weekend per month and 2 weeks at some point during the year. Thats it.

Units can be activated for full time service for periods of time as Stolen Valor/Blue Falcon POS Walz's was when they sent them to Europe, once, for 6 months...NOT Afghanistan for Enduring Freedom or to Iraq. But most of the time Walz was stacking sandbags for floods and once in awhile lobbing a mortar round about.

When the Warning Order came down for Stolen Valor/Blue Falcon POS Walz and his unit to prepare to deploy to Iraq in May, Walzy quickly filed his retirement papers in...mid March! Why mid-March?

Because it takes approx 60 days to process the paperwork for retirement. Blue Falcon Boy got out of there fast! To be followed up with lots and lots of Stolen Valor claims over many years.

JD Vance joined the Marines as an Active Duty enlisted man and served full time for 4 years right out of High School., including in theater in Iraq.

I suggest you take your kitty cat kibble and return to your basement since you are so far out of your depth here its just like when you attempted to play Rocket Scientist and pretended you understood space operatioms and Rocket development.
