The Russian Dossier was used by the FBI to conduct a multi-year investigation into a sitting President. No question they will have faked evidence of wrong doing by Trump to support this raid. The question is will it be more plausible than the Steele Dossier? I don’t think so, because they haven’t shown proficiency in doing so.

By all appearances, the FBI has been conducting an investigation and surveillance of Donald Trump since before he was elected, while he was President-Elect, and throughout his presidency under conditions that have since been determined to be fraudulent including:
- False filings with FISA

- Altered written remembrances of interviews with major national security figures 5+ weeks after the interview, while refusing to record the interview.

My first thought was that the FBI hates and fears Trump so much that they've gone rogue, but on reflection, it's clear that somebody higher up must have approved this. I suppose Biden did "approve" the raid in the sense that when he was told it was going to be done he didn't object, but it does make one wonder just who is actually calling the shots in the White House.
Why didn't DOJ prosecute Hillary Clinton? Because they didn't want it to be thought that we were a third world country where those who win elections prosecute the losers. What it means is that once you've established that this is the proper rule (by, for example, letting Hillary get away with her classified document sharing server), you need to keep on following that rule, even when it helps people you dont' like
