Let me stop you right there: Justice Alito was angry enough about the level of fraud committed by Pennsylvania alone that he ordered late ballots sequestered. I'm sure that if it's claimed to be too late, that the Supreme Court will find the responsible parties in contempt of court. What penalties could they inflict after that? Who knows.

This is a key point.

The important legal term here is Spoliation. Look it up.

Spoliation is the statement that if a party acts unlawfully and is caught destroying or hiding evidence that illegality is assumed.

After they kicked the GOP poll watchers out of the polling stations every vote counted after that point is ASSUMED to be illegal.

Joe Biden will never be inaugurated.

Get off your ass and get connected. We are going to win this.

So: what's the first "executive order" going to be? I see three choices: 1) Arresting Donald Trump and his family. To show the left means business. 2) Mandatory Abortions for Christians. 3) Immediate banning gun sales and ammo sales with orders to confiscate all existing guns and ammo.

Possibly a 4th: a treaty with Iran and China to oppose Israel and to ship all our Jews to Iran. that would make AOC, Cuomo, and the leftists in Congress really happy.

Still, I'm holding out for # 5) Joe Biden gets a 10% cut of all tax revenue as it goes to the Big Guy.

AZBlondie: Anyone in Wisconsin know if 89% of registered voters in Wisconsin casting ballots is reasonable?

I was a poll worker in Boise, ID. 85% turnout, 70% of which was early voting via absentee ballot, or in person. No mail-in voting.

The procedures in Idaho are very tight. Photo ID required. Could register at the time of voting (we had about 130 out of some 900 in-person voters for the precinct in which I worked.) Required some proof of residence in addition to photo ID. All registration forms were counted and retained. All ballots were scanned, then collected and secured.

New to Idaho is a data base of registered voters accessed through poll worker iPads. Confirmed voter eligibility through scanning an approved ID, which also highlighted any early voting. (We had about 10% show up with absentee ballots in hand they wanted to cancel).

Unusually for a government acquisition, this system, in only its second use since a school board election, worked perfectly.

I have voted in a dozen presidential elections and have seen my choice win in slightly less than half of them so this one isn't going to be any bigger of a disappointment than any of those other losses (and, frankly, on a couple of the winners I would wish for a do-over).

I do wonder though. There seems to have been a whole lot of people in the Trump administration or affiliated in some way with it who either actively or passively worked against him so I wonder how much of that was also true of the RNC and other GOP organizations. We see what looks like villainy from the Democrats, I wonder how much treachery there was on the Republican side. Because someone sure should have seen this sh!t coming. The Democrats have to have been working on their plans since November 9, 2016.

The problem with your graph is that people tend to wear masks the most where the virus is most active, and where they are most at risk, and the least in places like rural Iowa, where the risk is lower. You need a lot more data than that to call it “science.” That’s just statistics salad.

And again with the unpublished Danish study, please explain how it would possibly demonstrate that masks keep non symptomatic people from spreading the virus. You haven’t even seen it, you are just assuming stuff and claiming you have proven it.

I doubt they get 89% in Puerto Rico. John Henry?

No, but we typically get 75-80%. I don't have stats for this year and 2016 was way low at about 55%. In 2012 we had 78.19%

With almost no absentee/early ballots, required voter ID card, paper ballots cast in person during the 4 hours the polls are open, UV ink and so on. In the 50 years I've been here, there have never even been allegations of ballot fraud.

We don't have jokes about dead people voting and so on. It is so physically impossible that they would not make any sense.

2010 population was 3,726,167. If it was about the same in the 2012 election, where 1,877,307 votes were cast, turnout for total population, not just registered voters was a shade over 50%.

If we did have an election with a legitimate 89% turnout, it would be unusual but certainly possible. I don't think anyone would automatically think fraud.

The Europeans reiterated the mask mandates during Summer after they started lifting the lockdowns- they were first imposed during the lockdowns in March and April- Tim was just flat out wrong, but he won't admit it. Hell, we had indoor mask mandates here in Tennesee in late March and early April that were largely lifted in May- they have mostly been left to private businesses since then for the most part except for certain personal services businesses like salons and barbershops and doctors' offices. The mandates have been widespread for 7 months, even in red states- they don't really work.

If you want to see what actually works, watch the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut metroplex. Right now all three states are showing COVID cases rising, but on a per testing basis, it actually almost completely flat. All three states are just doing insane levels of tests to get what amounts to 20% rise in normalized cases. I suspect that we are seeing the effects of herd immunity there- they got hit really hard in the Spring and probably had 100 times as many infected as they had confirmed cases- it likely explains the high numbers of deatsh in those states. In places elsewhere, though, that isn't the case, and you see it right now in the upper midwest and the mountain west as we transition into Fall- they are getting what is essentially the first wave of the virus, not a second or third one.

If you want to know where the virus is actually spreading rapidly on a true basis, look for the states at 20% or greater 7 Day moving average of positivity rate in the following collection of spreadsheets. You will find they are exclusively the midwest, plains, and mountain west states that didn't get hit hard in either the Spring or Summer. With the arrival of Fall, they are are getting hit hard. There will probably be a second wave in the South and Sunbelt as we get deeper into the coming Winter, but I expect that it will be much smaller and far less deadly than the first one this Summer- much like I expect to see confirmed in the Northeast as they deal with the second wave right now.

What is the remedy, then what is the will of the Supreme Court? The Dems tried to get Justice Amy Coney Barrett to commit to recusing herself ahead of time. I think she said she would have to confer and take advice from the other justices on that. Don’t know if it is possible for her to be part of the ongoing debate without being part of the decision but when I saw her during the hearings I thought she could be a great influence, just by her skills of clarity and logic on the rest of the court.

If they take a direct dive into what could be considered the political it sure would be nice to have it be unanimous. ( Honestly the Supreme Court gave them this order and they ignored it which turns it into something else entirely and not simply a political question.) What Justice Stevens did after Bush v Gore—making a public speech was.....not good.

If the Republicans do easily hold the runoff elections, then I will be more optimistic at least for the short-term.

Nixon did get elected, and re-elected. Didn't finish his 2nd term.

On the mask debate you have to consider rate of compliance and maybe —perhaps— consider places like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, and even Thailand— although their government and numbers, with their economy heavily reliant on tourism makes me reluctant to give those numbers full faith,

Hell Singapore, and South Korea. Although particularly in these two countries there has been aggressive case tracing also. (There also might be variables people are not considering such as diet, and perhaps exposure to other viruses, and elements that cause changes to the immune system.)

But the heavy reliance of one side to repetitively only look at Sweden, whose population lives alone by something like 50%— is just simplistic.

I live in Boise, ID. In mid-July, the governor re-imposed masks in all public indoor areas, restricted restaurants to 50% capacity, and prohibited gatherings of over 50 people. Mask mandates are never made without a great many other restrictions in train.

And the effect was?

Rapidly increasing "cases", whatever the heck that word means this month. Of course, it is possible to maintain that these restrictions stopped things being worse. A position much easier to maintain if there were any examples of mask mandates leading to a) decreased infections that b) aren't resurgent infections just waiting in the wings.

Ever since 9/11 we have been saddled with mostly useless security theater.

Masks in general use do not stop infections. They do not control aerosol spread, especially of submicron particles. They do not control droplet spread, which evaporate, then are either ingested or transferred to another person in proximity. Masks do not control fecal transmission, the probable transmission mode for SARS-CoV-2, in cases other than forceful expulsion through coughs and sneezing. Masks are viral/bacterial collectors and concentrators. That said, nearly half of the deaths can be attributed to Planned Parent facilities in Democrat jurisdictions. From global trials and outcomes, early, out-patient treatment with the HCQ cocktail, reduces mortality by 80 to 90%. The cases statistic includes past, probable, possible, and present. Excess deaths can be attributed to the press stigmatizing early, affordable treatments, and Democrat political and affiliated denying treatments and cross-contamination, notably in Planned Parent facilities, and generally in medical centers. The run on medical facilities can be largely attribute to social contagion and misinformation spread by the press on 24/7 news cycle.

It is imperative to save Obama's legacy in Obamacares and progressive prices (i.e. affordability) and availability, social justice adventurism including wars (e.g. Iraq War 2.0), payments to Iranian sponsorship of international terrorism, and catastrophic anthropogenic immigration reform a.k.a. "refugee crises"), children in cages, arms transfer to cartels, etc. It is imperative to stand for social progressive behaviors including pedophilia (e.g. trans/homo male predation, socially liberal males, mostly, and females) and rape culture (i.e. friends with "benefits"). It us imperative to normalize diversity and exclusion, not limited to racism, political congruence ("Rainbow" effect) and bigotry. It is imperative to cover-up Democrat collusion under Water Closet with Ukraine, China, etc. It is imperative to sustain witch hunts, warlock trials, and protests, including Antifa neo-fascist occupation, and Some, Select Black Lives Matter neo--KKK incursion into neighborhoods and intimidation, part of the greater Democrat-affiliated diversity racket.

So watch for Big Tech to really ramp up the censorship. With a Biden FCC and courts, they might even pull the nuclear option: redirecting the domain name away from prominent conservatives that self host. Who would stop Google from just redirecting, say, Ace of Spades to the DNC website? What recourse would Ace have? Think a Court would face Google to return the name? Or ICANN? Think any one of our leftists would do a thing except cheer if Google and Facebook just started preventing people from accessing Althouse or Ace or the Federalist or whomever?

This isn't Florida in 2000. It's not one state and a thousand votes. It's at least 4 states and tens of thousands of votes. Gore had a legit shot at getting a few hundred votes in a closely contested state. Trump has to somehow win in PA, NV, GA... against vote margins much higher than the 500 or so W. won by in 2000.

Not going to happen. This is over. GG. Time to move on and plan for the future. Politics is what happens between elections.

It's hard to win the Electoral College when you are down 4 million popular votes. Winning the electoral college without the popular vote isn't something you can count on. Any strategy that depends on winning with a minority of the vote is going to be vulnerable to one or two states going the wrong way.

Trump was a one-off and didn't use his four years to build a bigger coalition. Maybe he would have won without COVID. IDK. Part of the job is convincing people to vote for you, and he failed at that.

Good news though. In the majority of cases, you won't even know it. In some cases, you get the sniffles.

In a few cases, you'll hug grandma who had her foot amputated 4 months ago, and is dying from Diabetes. Grandma wants you to hug her. She is on the precipice of the abyss. Hug her.

I'm glad that the admins removed Chuck's latest rant, but newsflash: no one likes you Chuck. The term "Quisling" was invented for people like you, and everyone instinctively avoids the oily, slimy inveterbrate that you so proudly represent. AOC is no fool: she knows the worms at the Lincoln project would stab her in the back just as easily as you stabbed Republicans in the back.

You should read up on Benedict Arnold, whom you are emulating. He wasn't too welcome in England, either. They knew he had no honor, and didn't trust him at all.

Turning to the mask thing: it's probably useless, but it's likely a tiny bit better than nothing. I live with immunocompromised people, so I get to wear them.

When you find body with five bullet holes in the back, you know a murder has been committed but you don't know by who or why or when.

When the bank finds their balance sheets out of whack by thousands of dollars you don't know who but you know there was embezzlement.

Many times you can find a crime but are not sure of who did it or when or exactly how.

When statistics show multiple distributions that are one in a million chance you know something is wrong.

Right now statistical analysis on the voting shows massive fraud.

Analysis of precinct returns using Benford's Law show wide spread and flagrant fraud. Benford's Law is used by the State Department for catching election fraud in other countries and Forensic Accountants to look for companies cooking the books.
See https://twitter.com/Harrison_of_TX/status/1324534810178707456 and https://twitter.com/DatElefan/status/1324838425170595840

I know the left doesn't like Gateway pundit but his explanation is right on. If you ignore facts because you don't like who published them, you loose your claim to "truth over lies".

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/using-audit-statistical-technique-known-benford-analysis-wisconsin-precincts-milwaukee-absolutely-investigate-fraud/

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/additional-benford-analysis-chicago-pittsburg-like-milwaukee-show-likely-voter-fraud-benefiting-biden/

In addition, a totally unique phenomena has shown up in this election: single vote ballots for the president but no down ballot votes. Ironically, this has shown up only in swing states when Biden needed votes. This again is statically out of whack with historical patterns by orders of magnitude.

See https://www.zerohedge.com/political/why-does-biden-have-so-many-more-votes-democrat-senators-swing-states

Down ballot voting in one district in Virginia, 95K more presidential votes than House Rep votes and all went to Biden
https://twitter.com/ViktoriiaUAH/status/1324535366557290498

Add to that the historically high and out of three standard deviation "turnouts" and you have three indictors of massive fraud.

You may not convince a reporter, ardent leftist, or even a supposedly "wise" supreme court justice, but any honest person with a solid math background knows fraud has been committed. Statistically, it is undeniable.

On the plus side, Covid is over...

The virus formerly from Wuhan, formally known as SARS-CoV-2, will always be with us, but because of community immunity, whether intrinsic, cross-over, or inoculation, exponential spread will be improbable. That, and improved sanitary conditions, and hygienics habits, will mitigate its progress. Also, we have clinical trials that demonstrate the effectiveness of early, out-patient treatment with affordable, available drugs, with a well-established low risk profile.

They have variable value in context and when following well-established protocols, where both are hard to recognize and sustain, respectively, in controlled settings with trained personnel.

Trump was a one-off and didn't use his four years to build a bigger coalition. Maybe he would have won without COVID. IDK. Part of the job is convincing people to vote for you, and he failed at that.

What he failed at is discovering a way to prevent vote fraud on a massive scale. The "mail in ballots" were the tell. The "swing states" all have histories of vote fraud, so that was easy. I'm not sure there was a way to do it with the House in Democrat hands.

As for "building a bigger coalition," I think it is pretty big. The question is whether vote fraud will work in 2022.

OldManRick said...

To add the cherry on top to the fraud post, the left is already on Wikipedia modifying the write up on Benford's law to help the cover up!

When Wikipedia says something that exposes or calls attention to democrat's malfeasance, you can be assured that it will be gone shortly.

Massive fraud. These swing states will send to slates of delegates to the Electoral College. Lots of argument of which to seat. Argument continues until the House convenes in January. No clear winner from the EC. House and Senate vote on President and Vice President.

There has always been some manner of fraud in our elections. The election of Al Franken using a trunk full of ballots is an great example. But this election is different in both the magnitude and the openness of the cheating.

Because our ballots are secret it is almost impossible to prove the fraud, even with a whistle-blower as a witness. This election wasn’t even close. Trump won easily. This election has left scars that won’t quickly fade.

For me, there will be no civility or unity. Like Japan at Pearl Harbor, the Democrats have awakened a sleeping giant with many resources and a powerful will. I’m old and compromised, but like the coast-watchers in Britain in WW2, I’ll do my best to take one with me. This time they went too far. There will be no civility BS going forward.

There were about 15 pro-Trump protestors at the main intersection in La Crescent, MN today. When is the last time you saw conservatives protest in rural Minnesota?

Any ideas on a source for Trump 2024 signs?

Biden and Team Globalist will naturally seek accommodation with key republicans in launching additional wars..and that will happen.

There are at least 15 to 20 republican Senators and about 30 to 40 republican House members who will support all such moves.

Right, some kids singing a song about BHO, and some jabber about BHO being a light walker/talker/source/bringer/something or other. That was pointed out as alarming.

Now compensating for a tiny pee pee takes more than a giant truck. You need a giant DJT flag. And, if you have ten that’s even better. Pictures of DJT w/ Jesus, tanks, guns, rocket launchers, eagles and so on are passed around on Twitter like candy. The guy is a silver spoon liar who is not faithful to his family never mind other folks (like those he’s cheated and/or been forced to pay back because of fraud), but facts matter zero = cult. Someone like Cruz licks DJT’s shoes after being kicked around because he’s weak and transactional. You folks who get off on it are in a cult.

What you said is truly stupid.

The votes that were counted after the GOP poll observers were kicked out are going to be thrown out.

Its important to keep rewriting the history to downplay what actually occurred.

What actually occurred were members of the press itself calling obama "sort of a god" and a "lightbringer".

You know, members of the 4th estate that are supposed to be the prime critics and investigators of politicians....who instead became open worshippers of obama and are now giving Biden the "holy holy holy" treatment. As the media do for every democratical.

That's the actual story.

Next up for adSs: No one ever glorified the Kennedy administration as "Camelot".

According to Gallup in 2020, the US public's confidence in Newspapers is a great deal (10%) or quite a lot (14%) totaling only 24% and yet they somehow think they get to declare who is or is not elected President and for the public to accept it. TV news is even worse at 18% total.

I think I will wait for the votes to be counted and the legal arguments to be presented. I am going to need independent verification from an institution with more than 24% credibility.

And for this Republicans that aid and abet this voter fraud, openly or through silence, I’m sure it will impact your re-election.

I hope I'm wrong but unlike Trump, the strong peace president who deserves a prize for all the wars he kept us out of and got us out of, Biden, I predict, if he does in fact manage to steal this election, will be a war president. As a weak Democrat, like Obama and Clinton, he'll need to prove how tough he is and he won't be able to stand up to the military industrial complex.

LBJ. Lyndon Baines Joe.

LBJoe's backers helped him over the line, but they didn't actually assassinate Trump for him. So he owes them at least half a war, or maybe a war and a half, but maybe not a whole war and certainly not two whole wars. It's how these things work.

In both Michigan and Georgia, the difference in votes between Trump and the Republican Senate candidate is fairly small, but the difference in votes between Biden and the Democrat Senate candidate is big. This smells of ballot stuffing in those two states: marking blank ballots for only Biden and not for any other races to reduce the work required to stuff the ballot box.

How does this compare for PA and WI?

Per Barnes Law fake ballots are submitted with only one candidate, do you don’t have multiple candidates challenging them.

Other states do not have this trend - what a coincidence!
