Kanye West wore a "Make America Great Again" cap on SNL, and he said some pro-Trump things and got booed and cut off.

People reports:
He started off by singing, “I wanna cry right now. Black man in America, you’re supposed to keep what you feel inside right now. And the liberals bully you and tell you what you can and cannot wear, where you and they can’t not stare. And they look at me and say, ‘It’s not fair. How the hell did you get here?’ Well…”

Wearing a Make America Great Again hat, he then delivered an unexpected speech in front of SNL performers like Colin Jost and host Adam Driver as some audience members booed. “Actually, blacks weren’t always Democrats,” he started. “It’s like a plan they did to take the fathers out the homes and promote welfare. Does anybody know about that? That’s the Democratic plan.”

Okay, it might take a few FBI Deep Staters, too.

It is unfortunate that SNL is all Democrat. Poking holes in the Holy Grail of the Democratic Party would be helpful -- and funny. But I doubt the audience would find the humor.

Dems hate that any minorities they've long "cultivated" for support stop turning out to support them, but they REALLY hate it when popular and well-known minorities leave the res and in the process tell the others.

Remember when Kanye first announced his support for the Trump admin a few months back? They HATE him for this (dont forget all the Twitter flaming it caused)...

Just like a slave off the res...they can't let him bring news of freedom.

Kanye didn't go far enough.

He shoulda told the audience and the Althouses:

"So you want us to believe the women? Ask Emmett Till.

First they get the judge, then they come for you, n**."

----

"For six decades, she has been the silent woman linked to one of the most notorious crimes in the nation’s history, the lynching of Emmett Till, a 14-year-old black boy, keeping her thoughts and memories to herself as millions of strangers idealized or vilified her.

But all these years later, a historian says that the woman has broken her silence, and acknowledged that the most incendiary parts of the story she and others told about Emmett — claims that seem tame today but were more than enough to get a black person killed in Jim Crow-era Mississippi — were false.

The woman, Carolyn Bryant Donham, spoke to Timothy B. Tyson, a Duke University professor — possibly the only interview she has given to a historian or journalist since shortly after the episode — who has written a book, “The Blood of Emmett Till,” to be published next week.

In it, he wrote that she said of her long-ago allegations that Emmett grabbed her and was menacing and sexually crude toward her, “that part is not true.""

One of the things that turned Reagan conservative was the ridiculously high income tax rates he was paying in the 40's and 50's. Where were they when he was saying "George Bush doesn't like black people"? Calling him an idiot. Where were they when he was calling himself a "Genius"? Calling him an jackass - along with Obama. There have been studies on people's perceptions about how large is the black population of the US -- lots of people, apparently including Crack, think the number is 30-40% of the population, much higher than it is. Actually the percentage is closer to 12-13%. Hispanics are about 13- 14%, probably more if you count the illegals. But I don't hear Crack complainting that we don't talk more about famous Hispanics. Marco Rubio, Jennifer Lopez, I think I can name more famous blacks than Hispanics. But that's not good enough, never good enough.

Mr. Majestyk said...

"Those are whites talking to whites - about blacks. They're not in South Central, or Harlem, shaking the trees for converts. They're hiding in plain sight."

Interesting point. After the 2012 election, I thought the Republican party really needed to do outreach to blacks, as Crack suggests. In electoral college terms, I am not sure South Central or Harlem would be the place to start, as those states are so heavily Democratic that even reasonably successful outreach would not make a difference in the end. But I do think something along the lines Crack suggests is needed.

Crack, any ideas on how the Republican Party or conservative intellectuals could begin this process? How should they "shake the tree for converts" among blacks? I don't mean to be dense, but I am interested in what you might suggest.

Agreed, and nice to hear - but she could still bend white's ears on what they don't "get" racially. Even she knows being respectable isn't enough. I've heard her say it. Why conservative whites don't repeat the things even conservative blacks say, in defense of the rest, is revealing of hearing what they want to hear - just like liberals. Which is why I say they're the same, but conservatives put the emphasis in different places. They lie and say they're colorblind, by attacking anyone who isn't - which has been the normal state in America. It's a childish ploy for attention, not MLK's dream.

It's pretty clear: conservative blacks DO say things in DEFENSE of less conservative blacks that conservative whites IGNORE in favor of repeating the DOGMA their IDEOLOGY leads them to repeat endlessly.

"Would they agree with you or not?"

They'd have to talk to me - I'm pretty unique compared to them. Diamond & Silk are almost Mammy characters (that preference is not good for white's image, either) and Candace Owens has a stick stuck so far up her butt, I doubt many blacks would like her on general purpose. I'm telling you, and I am not fucking around: the Right is now like that white friend desperate to be able to have a black friend. They (we) are starving to have blacks on our side. It's like Pennsylvania: why is it blue? It shouldn't be. We think that way because lots of people in Pennsylvania seem red like us. So why don't they vote the same. Well now they do. Things are realigning.

The the poor are moving right, while the rich are moving left. So, the right is primarily composed of poor whites? Yes? Yes.

We have more in common with the black man (yes being specific), than we do our Republican congressmen.

(Black women are a little different because they are only one step down from Rich, Elite, White, Ivy League Women on the victim scale. But most of them, unlike the aforementioned, do not milk it.

TCE thinks he knows people because reasons.
No experience the Other has can matter.
He judges and then says the guilt of the judges is not necessary.
He says we but doesn't know who we know.
He doesn't care about that stuff.

The system that is preferable for all is one in which people are not forced to care.

"Here is what I am saying Crack, you have lots of potential allies on the right."

I've had lots of friendships on the Right. They don't prove any more durable than those on the Left. Ideologues are ideologues. Conservatives usually want permission to slag blacks - that's "freedom" to them. They also usually want to control things. I don't always want to be around whites like that. Any more than I'd want to be around blacks who are excessively tripping on whites - which don't usually happen unless white people show up. If they want to look through my cabinets for pork, we might not see each other again.

You're all nuts to me.

So, now, you have chosen the left, aka, socialism just as the feminists have. IOW...you are not really interested in helping blacks. Shit, I'm thinking now you are false flag KKK. Like you are really white power, Clayton Bigsby.

I take a bow.

"I'm telling you, and I am not fucking around: the Right is now like that white friend desperate to be able to have a black friend"

But we're desperate for justice - not friends. We're cool on friends. Deliver justice and we'll consider you friends, how about that?

"They (we) are starving to have blacks on our side."

Don't act like it.

"It's like Pennsylvania: why is it blue? It shouldn't be."

And you say I'm the asshole? Figure it out, Man.

"We think that way because lots of people in Pennsylvania seem red like us."

Blacks "on the plantation" are way more conservative than whites pretend.

"So why don't they vote the same."

You're the assholes. I left the Republican Party just since I've returned to this blog. That's 14 years as a Republican, then I finally got a taste of y'all (as close as I choose to come to anybody other than blacks lately) and it's enough to make me leave. That's what you guys do to the blacks you claim to want near you so desperately.

"Well now they do. Things are realigning."

You patronize me now. I've explained that's Trump, not whites or the party, but you guys like your fantasies.

"The the poor are moving right, while the rich are moving left."

Sigh. You guys are tiring.

"So, the right is primarily composed of poor whites? Yes? Yes."

More patronizing. Do you see how easily you turn people off?

"We have more in common with the black man (yes being specific), than we do our Republican congressmen."

You just don't want us to feel a sense of justice in our own country like you do. That's all.

"(Black women are a little different because they are only one step down from Rich, Elite, White, Ivy League Women on the victim scale."

Like I said, I'd LOVE to see you guys take some of this into the black community, on or offline, and see the reaction. You say it here and here alone. Cowards.

"But most of them, unlike the aforementioned, do not milk it."

Yeah, like Trump said, some of them are nice people. Sheesh.

On weekends I listen to Chicago progressive talk radio when I'm running errands. In the late afternoon there are call-in shows hosted by different black talk radio hosts. You can just sit there and listen to how a black listener talks to a black radio show host and how a black radio show host talks to a white listener and the different ways the topic of the day gets approached. A leading idea is that white folks are lying pieces of shit so you have to get past that. And there's plenty of leftist trash but that's not a waste of time because - get a sense of the next week's arguments. But, in relation to what Crack is always saying about how we can't hear him, you can simply listen to how [this part of] the black community speaks to each other. In other words, how is an argument constructed, what is considered persuasive, which part of on-going stories gets picked up on as significant, what are the presuppositions. To persuade, to talk to another person, one has to know these things. In these conversations I get the sense that Rahm Emmanuel is and always has been just another white con man; yet - I think to myself - they supported him over the other white con men, the Republicans. Why? I don't really know from listening.

I didn't say that - that you left to that conclusion is crazy. Are you crazy over there? That's a HUGE leap.

"IOW...you are not really interested in helping blacks."

WOW. Look at him go.

"Shit, I'm thinking now you are false flag KKK."

I catch it from all sides. Stigmatizing me seems to be a national pastime, because I'm never going to fit anyone's version of a liberal, or a conservative - or even a black person - because I'm an American, which encompasses all of that, so ideologues are left to struggle on their own, of any color. I don't demand reparations because I'm black, but because I'm American, and for that reason they're overdue. If I'm not, then fuck off. I didn't defend the marchers in Charlottesville because I sold out, but because they're Americans, and they had as much right to march as I do. If they're not, they can fuck off.

I served. I know why. Do you?

They do, actually. They don't understand why I prefer to be alone. I've lost a lot of friends over the NewAge stuff - I'll walk away from blacks or whites who drop astrology into a conversation - but not the political stuff. Trump maybe, but not being a Republican. Whites care about that stuff more. Like I said, controlling. Seeing "enemies" everywhere. Paranoid outlook. My liberal female friends want to make sure I see them marching for this or that. My conservative white friends don't want to hear shit about this or that. My liberal black friends are just the same. My liberal white male friends have disappeared, mostly.

I spend a lot of time with Mexicans.

That makes it false, right? Because someone other than a conservative said it? Even if those conservatives spit racist doggerel most days? They stop when the bi-polar dude says something, but - when the ones with no mental problems speak - then they got a problem.

They're nuts, too.

BTW, they can't do that for two reasons: 1) Rap's not music - these racist whites say so daily. But they're not racist. They're our buddies. They say that, too.

2) Hip-Hop's not music, Rap is - Rappers say so daily. But we don't know what we're talking about. You're our teachers. We just don't listen.

Me especially.

You're not trying to agree with me - you're trying to get me to buy a lie - that's a kind of coercion. Meaning you're even more full of shit.

When you're willing to make up for sins, then you'll be agreeing with me, and not until.

It's amazing how creeps applaud Jordan Peterson for saying not to be agreeable, but his supporters diss anyone else who follows that advice. I don't need idiots around me, so losing "friends" isn't the loss you imagine.

It would be like losing you: no loss at all.

99% of the time when I come here, Rap is not music, blacks are not smart, and most of us are barely human beings.
