You rejected it, but I hope I planted a seed in your mind. Anger and self-pity lead to depression, even if they come naturally to you and you have honestly been wronged.
If you get a chance to take a course in psychology I suggest you do so and look for the idea that you can improve your life by changing what you dwell on. Doing so improves my life every time I turn away from anger and self-pity.
