Circling the wagons means strange and not-so-strange bedfellows. This collusion is particularly perverted and a danger to the Republic. This administration is run by a bunch of unelected czars operating under the gaze of an aloof President. These people remind me of addicted slot machine players who keep pulling the handle telling themselves the next pull will be a winner. Alas, the stainless steel catch basin will never give up the satisfying torrent of tinkle that rewards those who labor under illusion rather than facts.

The US Justice department is using a private lefty propaganda machine to silence Obama's critics?

I'm sure Dread Justice Roberts can reassure us how it's all very very very Constitutional and shut up because racism.

I'm making my shocked face right now.

Really, I am.

KCFleming said...

Shiloh is rather weak this morning.

But it's difficult to defend the indefensible, so one cannot expect much save for sputtering and name-calling.

If Obama is re-elected, I predict that the lawlessness will reach a level where impeachment will have to be considered.

What a fucking bloody mess that's going to be!

Weak sauce... You call this "collaboration"?? The vast majority of it WAS SIMPLY MATT GERTZ EMAILING HIS STORIES TO TRACY WITH NO RESPONSE. You guys are so full of sh*t, DC. Nice try... Just like the LAST story "exposing" Media Matters, this is ONE EPIC FAIL alright!

but keep on keepin' on cons ...

Given that they are a shill for the present administration, is there a reason to believe anything that Media Matters writes?

If they ever had credibility (a big if), then it seems to me that it's gone for good now.

Media Matters: A wholly owned subsidiary of the US Dept of Justice's Administration Protection Branch.

Usual Althouse disingenuous outrage notwithstanding, interesting phoning it in is what Willard has been doing the past (6) years!

Wasn't this the outfit that was going to take down Fox News? How'd that work out for them? The ratings seem to suggest that they missed, and took out MSNBC.

Well, that's all you've got.

I don't think you can ever muster the political support to impeach a president merely for being corrupt. There has to be some single horrifically obnoxious felony to rally around, not simply the constant rain of thuggish illegalities such as those that eminate from the Obama administration.

President Clinton was impeached for engaging in sexual harassment and then lying about it under oath; but even that wasn't enough to throw him out of office. By that standard, the current officeholder would have to literally murder someone before removal from office would be a sure thing.

Considering Obama's contempt for the law, I think he'll find a way to reach the limit.

Not facts, destruction, give them pause
Nor slow the liberal from his cause

Now we find, the shameful way
Media Matters has come into play

The leftist press turns a aside
Because they know, they must abide

They worry about the poke in the eye
And that would make them cry and cry

Agreed. And, to Obama's credit, he really doesn't commit repeated felonies, like the previous Democrat Presidential family (he the sex crimes, her the money crimes). Yes, his is incompetent, narcissistic, and lazy, and driving the country into the ditch as fast as he can. But no more corrupt really than the average politician, if that even.

AG Holder, on the other hand, is a real piece of work. Not corrupt in the same way as the Clintons, but rather, in an almost power-hungry way. He has a elitist racists agenda, and will do whatever it takes to implement it, and keep from being accountable, even if it means that his people commit crimes and obstruct Congress.

Of course, they are spinning with the modern equivalent of Journalist - he is defending the indefensible. Most corrupt AND worst DoJ in our lifetimes, the former by far. An honest and honorable man would have resigned by now in disgrace. He just goes on, business as usual, investigating Administration enemies, encouraging voter fraud, and stonewalling any attempts at investigating his department. And, since Holder has Obama's back, and is pushing the latter's racist socialist agenda, Obama has his.

Seriously, does anyone have a link to copies of these actual emails?

The Justice Department is an unethical criminal enterprise and garage and shiloh think that's cool and funny. It's also cool and funny that DOJ dismissed a voter intimidation case against Black Panthers that the Dept. had already won by default.

It's also cool and funny that the Sec. Of HHS has been found to have violated the Hatch Act and DOJ is doing nothing.

Lefties are so cool and funny and amoral.

Upon further review, I now see that Craig did post a link to the actual emails...thanks!

No. Clinton was impeached for lying under oath about having had a sexual relationship with Monica Lewisnksy. He was not impeached for having had the sexual relationship itself.
