This is a golden opportunity for a frequent commenter, who has been silent for a bit but always certain big revelations would doom walker, to make some easy cash.
Just go to Intrade and sell shares in Walker. You make $8.77 for every share you sell and when Walker looses you pocket the cash.
Absentee and early voting started today and I'm quite sure the Dems are already rounding up voters and driving them to the polls. The only consolation is that its limited to Milwaukee and probably Madison.

There are people on this blog I fully expect to take a second mortgage and bet against Walker, victory for Barrett being so certain, fair and just as it is. What could go wrong?
Hey New York, I followed your link. That was really a hard hitting article. It's a blow from which I doubt Walker will recover. It's amazing that the New York Times does not have this scandal all over the front page. Be sure to contact the Journal-Sentinel. For sure it will make them withdraw their endorsement.
Yeah - the neat thing about Intrade is that it costs you money. People who are "absolutely certain" about stuff aren't certain enough to bet their real live money. Reality is different.
By the way, this works elsewhere too. In a discussion with someone of a different political persuasion, who says he's "absolutely certain" of whatever, ask him if he would therefore be willing to give you 10:1 odds. He won't. This can actually help him to understand his own thinking.
By the way, it's been six days since Garage's last post. It was the article about DailyKos' latest poll:
And, there is a reason walker is going to release a bogus jobs report tomorrow, using metrics no other state uses. Because he knows he is in t-r-o-u-b-l-e!

It's not just Garage. Seems like a lot of the Althouse Left has up and disappeared lately. Funny.
Mark Belling reported yesterday on his show that the Dem, get out the vote folks, are knocking on doors in Milwaukee and bringing vanloads of people to the polls already. It makes me nervous. Of course I have been a worry wart from way back. I wish someone could talk me off the cliff!
In a discussion with someone of a different political persuasion, who says he's "absolutely certain" of whatever, ask him if he would therefore be willing to give you 10:1 odds. He won't.
That's because he is a liberal and we know that they don't understand math or economics. The idea of 10:1 odds is probably making his head explode so he doesn't want to think about it. Math is "hard"!!
Never underestimate the ability and willingness of liberals to cheat and steal elections. Never.
Thereby proving my point that liberals don't understand math and evidently gambling as well. Stay away from Vegas and the stock market.
"Fractional odds are the traditional odds you see in the bookmaker window on the high street such as 10/1 or 6/4. Simply treat them like fractions. If you divide the first number by the second, you will get a multiplier. For example, 10/1 means that whatever you stake on this bet you will receive 10 times your stake back if you win."
Hint. If you are "giving" 10/1 odds, then you are pretty sure that you are going to win and the other person taking the bet will be losing, and will therefore you will not have to pay out the 10x the amount of money bet.

Yes, sounds nice, but, as I always say, how many of these guys spent the last 30 years betting on the wrong horse?

Yeah ... i could quote same great Dylan lyrics about unions too... sheeeeessz
Barrett has him right where he wants him.
Walker hasn't won anything yet, the Democrats are hauling every warm body they can find into government offices to walk in absentee vote.
If you support Walker, go vote walk in absentee in your town, city or county asap. You can vote now there is no need to wait for election day.

That prediction seems overly optimistic.

Apparently about 10%.
There is still an effort to recall the Governor? Huh. I thought all of that ended around August of 2011.
It's just money. If Democrats can't spend it with legislation, they might as well force others to spend it on recall elections.
Anyone know InTrade on Zielinski & Tate being employed by the Democratic Party of Wisconsin on June 30, 2012?
