Meade, a walker against the crowd.
ADDED: Re photo #1: Don't miss the man in shorts. Re photo #2: Here's Meade's video of the breaking up of the "solidarity" of the cows. I have this fantasy of the cow planning meeting... that there was one extra cow, making the argument that there should be an "i" after the "a" and before the "r," really going on and on, being quite annoying.

I like to think of myself more as a dancer.
Or crowd surfer.
My old man/He's a singer in the park/He's Scott Walker in the rain/He's a dancer in the dark.

This would make the cow from Quebec, which would mean highly likely that it would smoke.

I was at Trooper's and Meade left a link that crashed my browser....
Don't you love farce?
My fault, I fear.
I thought that you'd want what I want
Sorry, my dear.
and where are the cows?
Send in the cows.
don't bother, they're here.
The cows have very diverse footwear. Especially the third one from the left: gold lamé boots.
Looks to me like an excuse to party in Madtown. Hope they're spending lots of money and paying a bunch more in sales tax. Bring it on.
I think it was a link to one of your personal photos-so you might want to go fix the link...
I still say they do this kind of thing better in New Orleans.
Soli-dairy-ity?
Once Ann saw the guy in shorts, she knew those people were on the wrong side.
That's why she was walking against the crowd in the early video.
She may say she wanted face shots, but her actions tell a different story.
I like to think of myself more as a dancer.
A Meade Move ;)
The Politics Of Dancing
I like to think of myself more as a dancer.
Laurence Bojangles..
On soft gray mornings widows cry
The wise men share a joke;
I run to grasp divining signs
To satisfy the hoax.
The yellow jester does not play
But gently pulls the strings
And smiles as the puppets dance
In the court of the crimson king.
Oh pfft with all the marches and poetry. All I have to say is..Meade is hawt!
Lucky Miz Althouse.

Don't Stop The Dance
Click Clack moo. Click clack moo. Clickety clack mooooooo!
Surely I'm not the only one to catch that literary reference.

Especially since a "walker", in society parlance, is a pseudonym for an old fart who escorts rich old broads to social functions.
Usually gay.
So yeah.
Oh I so wish a person could "like" comments on this blog. So many are just spot on. In the case of this thread - Chip Ahoy and Marilee
If Judy Collins were from Wisconsin:

Why always Holsteins? Why never Guernseys?
Toy
Madison as South Park.
Remember: "Eat mor chiken!"
I think the pork you buy in grocery stores these days has more lean that these clowns.
wv: subthl -- cow spelling of "subtle"
A "Solidairity" fanatic cow. Now that there is funny, I don't care who you are.
Lots more white people. And cows. White cows. With a few black spots.
How can anyone possibly take these protests seriously when there's nothing but white people as far as the eye can see? And cows.
"Why always Holsteins? Why never Guernseys?"
Bigotry. That's what you get when you have nothing but white people at your protests.
I like to think of myself more as a dancer.
Roam
Is there going to be a change in time in a few hours?
i believe so.
Does he walk clockwise at the Farmer's Market?
I was out of town today. Did I miss anything?

"Meade, a walker against the crowd.".
I Will Follow
Meade, rightly or wrongly, the crowd has the right-of-way - so the least you could do while disrupting lawful traffic is to display the RE ELECT GOVERNOR WALKER placard as a means of fair explanation.
Via Monte Python.
Fo rsome reason, the post and your comments made me immediately think of this song:

"Cows with Guns"
We are all cows.
Meade, I like that jacket. Where you'd get it?
Patagonia. "Barn coat" 1992.
Lemondog said: "We are all cows."
I don't think that's quite right, Lemondog. All my smart and sophisticated lefty pals keep telling me that we're all "sheeple."
Well, not exactly. My smart and sophisticated lefty pals are not sheeple. They're too smart and sophisticated to be sheeple. The sheeple are the ones who don't go along with the party line.
Hey, wait a second...
"Solidarity forever, for the moo-vement makes us strong!"
To borrow: "You're SICK, Jesse! Sick, sick sick!"
(apologies to Far Side)
