I was asking, by reference to an alumnus TOO, whether the school picks a male and a female alum of the month, or whether there is merely one recipient and they use alumnus or alumna as appropriate. Seriously, I don't claim that it was all that funny, but it does actually make sense, and shows an actual familiarity with Latin declensions.; 2/11/11, 1:47 PM
