Going back, adding my new "Little Prince" tag to a lot of old posts...

I find this, from my old man... before I ever met him other than in the comments.

I wonder if this blog would become readable again if Ann had married a liberal.

Shut yer twat, you slobbering old misogynist. You though Althouse was an arch conservative before she ever met her husband, so don't play the old "her husband turned her into a conservative" hand, as if a tenured law professor is molded by her husband and can't make her own political decisions.

And if this blog is so unreadable, then why are you here every day stinking up the place with your death threats and pissy drawers?

Besides, you're now the benchmark of unreadable blogs.

Ouch.

Now that will leave a mark

Man, Meade really knew how to push the envelope (then again, no guts, no glory...).

PS Now he's "my old man"? What ever happened to "my adorable husband"?

@Trooper....

new. Palladian is the original empty gun...the original inspiration for "Le marteau sans maƮtre".

I actually read hd's blog and drop a few comments.

I just wish he wouldn't post all those of photo's of breasts and food.

It's unseemly.

And I welcome your comments.

My point is that Ann wasn't too snarky in past years and I think that La petite prince labeling is (snarky).

As to Mssr. Palladian, he, like our little prince, is a story set in the Sahara and outer space.

One of the Althouse Blog's attractions is partaking of the Professor's mental agility and communications skills. She is often silent on a controversial subject, but when she does write a serious post her arguments are flawless and fully adjusted to the facts as known, with reasonable disclaimers as to the necessarily unknown. (The most truthful comments are the " I don't know..." comments.) this style permits those who do know things from experience in a field to add some more of the story. She has assembled some wild partisan commenters who like to bork one another and the Professor with regularity. But she seems to put up with them and stays in charge. Meade is a wonderful partner for her life, and living life to the full is all any one here can do.

Your "old man"? Wow, way to pluck the hippie-love-chick chord of memory, professor.

The Little Prince comes in a pop-up version. You can see its mechanisms here on YouTube.

There's something not quite right about re-tagging old posts. Almost like Lucas re-editing (and re-re-editing) his early films.

Prof., Remember that scene in Animal House where John Belushi breaks the Little Prince's cherry, I mean guitar over the little guy's head?
