Are you going to take another shot at going redhead again, or did the problems of the last experiment put that idea to bed?
Is there a particular case or line of doctrine you think is outstandingly wrong and how would you change it if you were queen for the day?
(I'm going to guess: Butler or Hibbs.)
Should the court grant cert in the Parker 2d amendment case (I've one eye on comments you made about the litigants in Printz using a structural argument rather than a rights argument to avoid risking a damaging loss)?
(Yeah, I'm taking another shot at my questions from last time)
More serious question--who ya got in the Tour de France? With the recent news about Rasmussen, I'm thinking he may not finish the race. The time trial tomorrow should shake things up before the Pyrenees. I'd like to see Leipheimer do well, but won't be surprised if Contador stays ahead of him.
I like Mayo in the mountains, just don't think he can time trial enough to stay ahead of Evans and Kloden.
AlphaLiberal - funny you should say that, the RedState folks are getting somewhat aroused at the thought. But the best one I've seen was the loaded suggestion that Bush will be out for about three hours and the flight time of an ICBM from the great plains to Iran is about thirty minutes.

Ancillary question - if they answer to MadisonMan's first question is "yes," are there pictures? ;)
[You don't have to answer this.]
MM: FireFly is being replaced? I walk past it everyday on the way to work. I hadn't noticed.

whatsthecapitalofUruguay? Quickenoughforyou?
Why'd Hermione have to kill Harry? That was a real bullshit way to end it. Tem more minutes and Ron would've been there with the elixir.
oMike: Yes, according to my wife. And I did a quick google that plucked a story on it from Isthmus. A good thing -- I (heart) their fish tacos.
bill makes me want to ask: Will you be getting your copy of HP #7 at 12:01 AM at Borders tonight? Have you read any of the HP books?

Are women law students more promiscuous today than they were in the 1960s.
previous question was meant as a joke.

From a Scientology intake quiz:
Do you ever sing or whistle just for fun?
If yes, my own follow up:
Over the years, what tune? Has anything emerged as your go-to absent-minded humming song?
Why are you so obsessed with Democrats' breasts and when wre we going to see yours? Do you have any?
Are you comfortable knowing Cheney will be Acting President for a few hours tomorrow while Bush gets his colonoscopy?
No more questions!!!
Can I ask a question even though you said no more questions?

Have you always been this narcissistic?
Is Harry Potter dead?
Me, narcissistic? I resent the implication.
Could you at least make such accusations in my own blog, and not in someone else's blog comments?
...
What do you mean you weren't talking to me?
;)

...female marine biology students you mean. They hold all the records.
Comes from wearing rubber and holding your breath too long - basic S&M stuff but highly intoxicating.
What is the difference between bad judgment and incompetence?
Where do you find all those flowers you photograph? Campus gardens, public parks, your backyard?
"No more questions!!!"--Althouse
Rosie O'Donnell would never do that.
