I'll be on "Lake Effect," on WUWM, the Milwaukee public radio, some time between 10 and 11 Central Time today. Streamable here. The archive will be up here later. I've already recorded the interview, which is a fast moving ramble about blogging that mostly concentrates on my recent, controversial suggestion that it might be a good idea to use nonfiction books when teaching young children how to read.
UPDATE: You can listen to it here now. It's only about 5 minutes long.

Ann...just a thought but as you seem to be on the media a lot, it could be useful to put the hotlink under your picture (date/time) where you have links to i-pod and pictures...
frankly i visit your blog often and would be more likely to catch a link there than to remember it within the blog entries.
"WUWM will be running at reduced power to allow workers to safely repair a damaged strobe light near our antenna. The work is expected to begin around 10 a.m. and may last several hours until completed."
They're trying to silence you, Ann! (The streaming seems unaffected, though.)
Very nice, succinct interview.
The non-fiction thing is great. It shows how even a mild suggestion becomes fodder for anti-Althousians.
