Hulsey, who was our assemblyman, had just appeared at a Planned Parenthood rally in front of the Wisconsin Capitol. It was March 25, 2011, and Meade calls out to him and tried to talk with him. Tomczyk was just a legal observer exercising his first amendment rights.
The Dane County judge is corrupt. Hulsey used fighting words. He asked for a punch in the mouth and got shoved. Boo fucking hoo.
It was just a TRO. The hard part comes later when the judge has to decide child custody. Fortunately McDonald's parking lots are cheap and plentiful.
I recall something about his use of a beater car to advertise one of his campaigns, maybe the 2014 gubernatorial race.
Seems like he could've just enforced the TRO against himself and saved the court's trouble.

So this Fat guy goes up to the Senator, filming of course, and starts to berate him in a store. And the Senator pushes him away, and that gives the Judge an excuse for a Restraining order agains the Senator. At least that's how I understand it.
