The comedy writer, 57, was appearing at Westminster magistrates’ over allegations he had waged a social media campaign against [transgender campaigner Sophia] Brooks between October 11 and October 27, 2024. He posted about her more than 20 times on the social media platform X in which he used terms such as “sociopath”, “psycho”, “domestic terrorist” and “groomer”, the court heard.
Linehan's reaction: "There are a group of dangerous men who are determined to bully women and girls, and to misuse the courts and police in furtherance of a misogynistic agenda. I’m proud to have stood up to them and I will continue to do so."
I wanted to blog this using a tweet from Lineham, but he tweets so much that I gave up scrolling looking for something from yesterday. Here's a search of his feed limited to the name "Sophia Brooks." To select one thing:

Maybe someone can explain to me how the country that wrote the Magna Carta became so unfree and regularly prosecutes people for speech.
He posted about him “20 times” eh? Those are rookie numbers for a lefty like Linehan! He must have garnered at least 1000 mean replies from the other psychopaths for each of his 20 tweets in the standard ratio.
Now Britain is getting rid of jury trials, so they can easily dispense justice to those that dare say naughty words.

They have sacrificed the better part of their young men to join the EU and NATO, and if they win, what do they get? Europe will only put up with their nationalist beliefs while it is convenient for Europe, and economically crushed by the war, they will be powerless to resist. Same will go for the Baltics.

I assume its because they agree with the left on hate speech laws regarding illegal aliens, minorities, jews, etc. etc. and only quibble about extending it to men pretending to be women. in other words... its another way to attack white men!
Of course, I'm glad he was found not guilty for free speech reasons. But this tiny victory wont change things in the UK where you can be jailed for 3 years for a racist retweet. The Brits dont believe in "Free speech" and never have. And they've taken their philosemitism, race mania, social liberalism, and love of immigrants to new heights of insanity.
