I know there are different variations of conquer in other latin variants that are more like provide or give.
Kinda curious what is going on. It isn't a big deal as far as the intent which is fairly clear.

Ukraine already had terms, basically to go back to the terms under which they were created, and the promises of neutrality and respect for neutrality that they enshrined in their constitution as part of the deal that created their country.
