Actually Mark's warning isn't amiss. It is easy to lose perspective, and it can happen to anyone.
I confess that whenever I hear the cheerful strains of El Jarabe Tapatío, it cracks me up, even before this (and I was the little white girl in the Mexican dancing group in my elementary school in Mesa back in the day, actually dancing to it). But it isn't a bad idea to keep mixing it up, keep moving forward with the meme ideas, because you never know which one is going to be the one with the guy walking with the girl but looking back at the other girl, or the blonde woman screaming at the orange cat, or any of the others that have stood the test of time.
Not all the modern SNL skits are lame, btw.
These memes remind me of old school Hot plate Mexican restaurants of my youth in Los Angeles. They always had a roving mariachi band. This was before the explosion of the taquerias following the popularity of Tito's Tacos in Culver City.

Finally, comparing this to the BLM riots is apt because it is at least as disastrous for democrats in the long term as that extended assault on normalcy and city safety.
