What specifically is unhinged about it? Stylistically, it is a bit of a rant. But hey, the guy is mourning his friend. Probably a choice of shout or weep. Substantively, Miller said things Charlie (z''l) said and believes. Basically that this country is built on the things Kirk (rip) preached. And Miller finished up with "God Bless America!" Is that the unhinged part?
