Listening to the Republicans talk about Hunter Biden for 4 years and also defend Gaetz is fun to watch.

Good

That charges are such total crap that even the Biden / Garland DoJ didn't try to prosecute.

If you bring those out, you deserve to be destroyed

Greg The Class Traitor said...

Hunter's actually guilty, DD, unlike Gaetz

But I can see that doesn't matter to you

Release the Epstein files.
Release the JFK files.
Release the Kraken.

D.D. Driver said...

Yes! Exactly! The other guys are always guilty and our guy was set up!

(Except for the photos he is showing to colleagues and bragging about drug use and orgies. Except for that, Gaetz is clean!)

Hey colleagues, have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight? Do you wanna?

The fbi actually had evidence on the laptop and covered it up

I think the MSNBC talking heads need to add more histrionics to their delivery because it is worked so well to keep Donald Trump out of the White House.

Hunter's laptop confesses to selling access to the President of the United States to foreign interests. Gaetz likes to party with beautiful young women.

So, sure, they're the same thing.

A prime exemplar of pedo-face, the phyz don't lie. That's a bet worthy of polymarket.

Of course, none of the lefties here or elsewhere will present a principled argument as to why this report should be published, but not the others. Because no principled argument exists.

D.D. Driver said...

No! You guys are totally right.

This more like Bill Clinton.

Yes, MTG's "threat" was directed at Republicans who might vote to release Gaetze's report while keeping all the others under wraps, the danger is to ALL members of congress. Hayes acts like it's just Republican's who need to be worried and that MTG only threatened to force the release on Republicans. She does make it sound conditional: if you vote to release this, I will force all the reports out. It shouldn't be. Epstein's client list, JFK files, any and every case where money was paid out on behalf of congressmen, should be public information, I won't be surprised if in many cases there will be nothing to surprise us, but we have a right to know.

Patience. It will be leaked soon enough.

Never forget that the Republican Senate leadership voted for Mayorkas and Garland. In fact, they allowed Schumer to fast track all his nominees while chanting "the POTUS gets to pick his own men". Now, that its Trump suddenly its "Is this person good enough?"

But then Republican Senators do the same with SCOTUS nominees. Every Republican nominee has to run a gauntlet of skeptical R Senators who demand information, while leftwing Democrat SCOTUS judges sail through without any controversy. You'd think the R Senate was run by Social Liberals. And you'd be right.

Hunter, Dad and Brother were all raking in millions in INTERNATIONAL pay to play schemes.
And your party's media ignored it. AND STILL DO!

Until the "allegations" are proven - you leftists have "Allegations"

D.D. Driver said...

We should absolutely release all of the reports and let the chips fall where they may. That is the best result.

After the last 4 years of above the law Crook Joe, Joke/ no experience booty judge, diversity hire Kamala, creepy fake women Levine, corrupt Merrick Garland atop DOJ - most of us simply want to destroy the corrupt left- and we really don't require a "perfect angel" to do it.

Something tells me MTG's season in the sun won't be all joy and fun.

Is there a case for casting against type? Why not put sober, responsible people charge of the publicity-hungry committees, and the bomb throwers in charge of the stodgy, dry as dust ones? The show-off committees would be more responsible, and the dull ones would be shaken up a little. Or are the latter too important to play around with?

paminwi said...

And don’t forget the DOJ actually had a grand jury with the Gaetz issue and they couldn’t even get those folks to find a true bill to bring charges! When you can’t convince a bunch of DC citizens listening to only your side of the case to vote to charge Gaetz you know there’s nothing there.
Plus, for all you non-critical thinkers out there don’t you have the capacity to think that if the DOJ could get a perp walk, all set up with the press, like they did with Trump, to happen with Gaetz they wouldn’t have?

They get it on most every night

Old lefty sows are such a sight
In the morning, dancing in the Sunlight

Everybody there is out of sight
They might bark but they don't bite
They keep things loose and get high as a kite
Everybody's dancing in the Sunlight

Dancing in the Sunlight
Narfle teh Garthok they just might
You’ve never seen such unnatural sights
Everybody's dancing in the Sunlight

Which "allegations"? I don't care about the 17 year old. That is just a redmeat detail. That part might not even be illegal depending on which state his sex parties were in (although it would be illegal in Florida). The allegations are one thing: the things he has confessed to are another. They didn't need to "find" Matt's laptop, because he was so proud of himself he would show his colleagues the pictures.

He's a cunty nepo-baby that thinks he is above the law. Just like Hunter. They are the same.

Howard (not that Howard) said...

Are you dumb? Hunter was a bagman for Joe. What does that have to do with Gaetz, unless you can show me where he was holding 10% for the big guy (Trump).

His entire presentation is a complete mimic of Maddie. Right down to the pauses.

I understand that MSNBC is being folded into a company called Spinco to sell it off. Spin o seems about right.

Eva Marie said...

I had to take a shower after suffering through that segment. Chris Hays is slime.

Peachy said...

The liar left did this with Trump.
Some lunatic female accuses Trump of Rape - 30+ years in the past.
A CIVIL court in NY finds him guilty ( gee - so shocked) -
The accuser has ZERO EVIDENCE. The MSNBC's of the world run with it.
Trump is a rapist!
As far as I can tell - the worst thing Matt may have done is: he might have been at a party where there was a naked 17 year old. And even this is in dispute.
But the left are now saying "Matt Gaetz is a child sex trafficker!"

Dear leftists: Clean up your own house. You own Billy Jeff, a dead Jeffrey Epstein, and the Biden cretins.

Kai Akker said...

How far does the Committee of Public Safety have to go, do you think?

Peachy said...

I heard as much. Most of the MSNBC a-holes are pedos and sex traffickers. I heard it - so it must be true.

tommyesq said...

I think Chris Hayes' face is used in the dictionary to illustrate "punchable."

Peachy said...

Yes. But then the hole that is MSNBC(D) - is the hive-mind catechism.

"Which "allegations"? I don't care about the 17 year old. That is just a redmeat detail"

Not just another lie, a boring lie at that. A lie pushed b grifters so grifty one went to prison for in part, falsely accusing someone else of having sex with underage girls and running an extortion scheme against the Gaetz family!

DD is still probably pissed they couldnt convince the nation Kavanaugh ran a rape gang for 10 years in Maryland and that Donald Trump paid hookers to pee on beds in Moscow.

Drago said...

"We should absolutely release all of the reports and let the chips fall where they may. That is the best result."....

....DD decided, just now, because to not support that proposal would maje his demand re: Gaetz look bad.

So very very "principled".....

D.D. Driver said...

Maybe. But, might I remind you that his buddy here (the guy on the right) got rung up pretty hard:

https://www.orlandosentinel.com/2024/11/14/calls-mount-for-house-ethics-panel-to-release-gaetz-report/

So to say there is "nothing" there isn't true at all. I think Gaetz has a lot of questions to answer about his relationship with Joel Greenberg. This is not a nothingburger. Just like Hunter Biden was not a nothingburger. There is "there" here.

Leland said...

I support releasing them all. I understand why they aren't released, but yeah, if we are going to dance, let everybody dance. Don't use a spotlight, use a flood light.

Drago said...

Ah yes, the "sober" and "responsible" ones...who send out strongly worded memos, dont enforce subpoenas, dont actually do much of anything really...but in a very "sober" and "responsible" way.

Meanwhile, on the dem side, they put Schiff-types in charge, throw political opponents in jail working with their corrupted DOJ amigos, impeach a guy who was no longer President, and move a thousand miles an hour politically.

Drago said...

Comcast has been wanting to bundle their cable possessions for spinoff for a long time and have finally pulled the trigger.

D.D. Driver said...

Drago. Comparing this to Kavanaugh (and I supported Kavanaugh) doesn't work. Gaetz's wingman is in prison. That does NOT mean Gaetz broke any laws. Sex parties are *legal* and maaaaaybe Gaetz didn't know his buddy was paying off hookers. Who knows. But Gaetz should have to stand before the American people and explain himself. Don't just brag on the House floor. Let us see the pics too!

Gay-Face - (N) Noun/(Adj) Adjective - Facial features that are puffy, rotund, symbolic of high quantities of fetal-estrogen, boyish (and seeking same...), and/or representative of archetypal features (with fashion accessorizing) made common by Rachel Maddow.

Used in a sentence:
Noun - "Chris Hayes has a gay-face"
Adjective - "The gay-faced Chris Hayes probably touches kids, I just know it."

It would make every scumbag look bad. You have a problem with that. I'm one of the very few commentors here who understand that both Republicans and Democrats are scumbags who should not be trusted.

The guy you are calling Gaetz's "wingman" is in prison for running the same attempted sexual blackmail scheme he ran on Gaetz.
