SCOTUS justices are required by law to report gifts received and real estate transactions to which they are a party. At this juncture, only Clarence and Ginni have failed to make such reports, so CREW (likely without standing) is suing Justice Thomas. "Quid Pro Crow" is over-the-top, and in any other government position subject to the rule of law.
ProPublica also played a little game of stretching the scandal news by reporting the Crow freebies but delaying the publishing of Harlan Crow's purchase of Clarence's mother's house, where she still lives.
