remember Yesterday? Back when people (LEFTY people) were saying that "There Was NO camera footage"? And that "it was a LIE that the charges were being dropped?
Now we find that
NO CHARGES HAVE EVEN BEEN FILED!
THE DA DOESN'T KNOW IF CHARGES WILL BE FILED
THE DA IS SUPPRESSING CAMERA FOOTAGE, BECAUSE IT IS JUST SO F*CKING BAD

They didn't have to "decide" whether or not to press charges.. They Just DID

Fortunately, my lawyer was Really Good (thanx Cousin Ron!) and i got a "deferred sentence"
Which meant that IF i was a Good Boy, for a Long Time*; there would be no record or conviction.
