I'm surprised the colors changed so much with each minute.

Basically the Sussmann verdict was jury nullification. The forman said lying to the FBI was no big deal and shouldn’t have been prosecuted. Lawbreaking in pursuit of Trump is no vice. Well, the facts are out, anyway. There is a war going on because of a five year propaganda campaign that made talking to Putin radioactive so five years of demonization of a nuclear power and Biden and Hillary brought back the eighties foreign policy, just like Obama feared. He just didn’t know that the call 📞 was coming from inside the house.

Those low dark clouds look like pieces of the distant treeline floating off--and I'm surprised by the persistence of the streaky features.

These early mornings are my favorites. I'm sad that the sunrise will soon become later and later. Until next year.

There's a whole lot of pride being sprayed around these days.

You better be nimble and duck if you don't want it dripping all over you...

From the Biden archives (July1,2021):

"The Biden administration boasted on Thursday that cost of a Fourth of July cookout went down by 16 cents in 2021 compared to 2020 .......

The White House issued a tweet touting modest price decreases in foods popular over the holiday weekend. Savings highlighted in the tweet included the cost of a 13-ounce bag of potato chips dropping by 1 percent and a three-pound portion of center cut pork chops plummeting by 2 percent. A 32-ounce serving of pork and beans, listed at $1.90, represented the largest savings at a 13 percent reduction."

It’s perfectly believable that Biden didn’t know about the baby formula problem until “late April”. I mean he barely knows his own name.

Tim in Vermont is an expert on our legal system. He spent a lot of time in Vermont courtrooms when they brought that peeping tom (Peeping Tim) case against him. It never got to a jury-he pleaded nolo contendere.

Question now becomes-is Durham merely incompetent or was this malicious prosecution.
A Durham dud.

You are making this all up, Tim. Whatever the foreman said, there were twelve jurors, all of whom responded that Sussmann was not guilty of lying to the FBI. That was the only charge. There was no Hillary or Trump involved in the charge. Durham was trying to push a grand conspiracy but didn't have evidence to prove it, so he didn't charge!

The FBI already knew who Sussmann was (they visited often) and that the Clinton campaign was one of many of his clients; so whatever they decided to do about Alfa-Bank (which turned out to be nothing) was made with all cards on the table, outside of any Sussmann influence.

6/1/22, 8:09 PM"

He knew all about it tim...Obama knew when he used a fake name to e-mail Hillary at her private server. They were all together in one big giant orgy with the DOJ and the FBI. They were all in on it together.

gadfly, you should really care more about your credibility, but like your hero Joe Bide, I think you can't help but say stupid things.

Sick burn Mutaman, but I guess if I had to take your position, I would be pressed for rational arguments too.

I see gadfly and Mutaman are in gloat mode over the Sussmann verdict. For some reason, the left thinks this is cool. They can't see past next week. Look over the horizon lefties. Sad for our country.

Recall the judge's treatment of Michael Flynn when the he (the judge) refuse to let prosecutors drop the charges. Or watch the video of the Roger Stone raid at 6AM.

At least you agree that Susmann lied to the FBI

The question remains as to why the Soiled Pants administration has not trotted the tried and true negotiating tactic regarding the Russia/ Youkraine war. Helicopter pallets of cash to Putin's dacha. Worked in Iran *cough*. And similar success was achieved in North Korea by former Commander-in-Heat Billy Bob**

** "President Clinton approved a plan today to arrange more than $4 billion in energy aid to North Korea during the next decade in return for a commitment from the country's hard-line Communist leadership to freeze and gradually dismantle its nuclear weapons development program." (NY Times Oct 18, 1994)

Once huge blessing for people fleeing NY state is the state has lost congressional seats. As a result, lefties Rep. Carolyn Maloney and Rep. Jerry Waddler are pitted against each other. And not liking it.

Having followed Waddler for years, the most amusing comment was on HotAir: "Though the 74-year-old has long been a vigorous and vocal legislator, some say age and ill health have finally caught up with him. Two people who saw him recently said he could barely walk."

Vigorous? As in Joe Biden vigorous?

So Mutateman and Barfly agree with the foreman that it's ok to lie to the FBI. Good to know.

And a problem: 4 dead or 5 dead.

Count the killer with his victims or not?

It will be very interesting to see if they even bring up 2022 July 4 cookout prices.

---I'm surprised the colors changed so much with each minute. [AA]

Color changes at nature's extremes can and do happen quickly. Then there is also the factor of the recording device. Analog photography was in essence chemical, which had its limitations. And through those limitations, it also had its opportunities for changing the image.

Digital photography is electronic, and controlled by someone's software. Also a source of limitations and opportunities.

I removed my previous comment on this post, and on another one of your pictures, because they sounded rude, for which I apologize; and also because I cannot prove what I had concluded in them. But the maker of your camera is Apple, iirc, and Apple is not above suspicion in their design and execution of their products. Enhancing their iPhone cameras has been a top Apple priority and some of the examples of it are well beyond nature, to my eyes.

Isn't more better? Making the spectacular commonplace doesn't make sense or appeal to me. But it might if I were thinking in terms of quarterly results and corporate advantages.

Meanwhile, Biden's Earpiece directly and moronically lies to a graduating Naval Academy class about a ficticious Naval Academy appointment in.....1965.

The very same year Biden finished his undergraduate degree at the Univ of Delaware...near the bottom of his class (not the top as he has claimed) and without any awards (despite his lies to contrary) and without multiple degrees (despite his lies in the past).

This was after Biden's Earpiece had received 5 deferments in avoiding service.

After 6 straight years of pushing hoax after hoax on Althouse blog, I am beginning to understand lefty gadfly's cult-like worship of this dementia addled buffoon.

Peas in a pod really.

Peas in a pod.

Well looky here--we're well past the prophet Mutaman's predicted dumping on Durham by "the Althouse crowd."

And the only dumping on Durham is from Mutaman (and gadfly). (When Mutaman can spare the energy from devising middle-school taunts.)

How does it feel to be the Althouse crowd?
