1. You know how Mom just loves to sit outside at the restaurant.
2. Vying for the title Best Ginger.
5. The difference between the South and the Midwest.
6. That girl who just got engaged.
7. That fake Coke everyone's making.

Why you need a gun. Its ridiculous to be chased by a bear.
Enjoyed the South vs. Midwest clip. Especially the references to the cool whip containers.
Nice Minnesota accent on the Midwest v South. People in Nebraska don’t talk like that.
To the guy just engaged to the TicTok girl....
Run away. Change your name. That girl is a bunny boiler.
Mom at the restaurant has the frenetic upper body movements of a parrot. And she's got that psycho unblinking stare. Worrisome.
Do Italians say this is what Americans call "eating outside"?
The gingers. Both unmanly.
South vs Midwest is hilarious. Even better is her East vs West Coast…as a CA-born who lived in NYC, I found it accurate. As is Midwest (where I live now)…can’t testify to south but sounds about right based on friends’ comments. Bless her heart.
I don't know what to make of those two soi-disant adults. Bring a young child and a toddler fer chris sake INTO BEAR COUNTRY without effective protection (a .357 Magnum revolver is a minimum) is criminally stupid. Of the two, the wife is the real lunatic. She's standing there yelling and making a VIDEO. She ought to be prosecuted as a dangerously negligent parent. In a potentially deadly situation like this, there are priorities. Holding up your iPhone isn't one of the top ten. It isn't even one of the top one thousand. Put the phone down, you absurd bitch, and protect your children. Help your husband gather some stones to use as missiles.
The bear is obviously completely undeterred by yelling. He's heard it before and gotten what he wanted. A boulder thrown forcefully at the bear's head may help. Continuing that slow retreat has done nothing but encourage aggression.
meh
Interesting experience just now as I tried to link to one of the videos.
I have fallen deep into the K/Drama rabbit hole and even purchased a VPN so that I could watch certain shows that were limited to Disney+ Asia. I happened to be linked to the Hong Kong server when I clicked on the 1st link.
And was told, in so many words, that TikTok isn't supported in Hong Kong.
Thousands leaving Hong Kong every month - they know that the word "freedom" (to think/speak) is meaningless.
If I could plan a dream trip to Asia, it would be The Republic of Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. I fear that the window is growing smaller every year for the last 2 on the list.
South & Midwest made me chuckle. I've spent 90% of my life in both regions and...she's kinda right. Not always, of course. But it was cute.
Mom eating outside was 2nd.
But my biggest question is about the bear. This is the second bear video that I've seen you post in the last few days. What is it with people calling the bear, shouting to the bear, beckoning the bear to continue to chase them. The last video did that as well. The bear starts to lose a bit of interest and starts smelling other things. The humans being chased start ramping up their "Hey Bear. Hoo Bear. Hello Bear. Come eat us first, Bear."
Who came up with calling for the bear and walking slowly- backwards- while holding your phone to video as the way to escape a bear looking for lunch? Sounds like something the Chinese came up with to incorporate into their 'American plans'. Just another brick in the wall. Or maybe it was the Russians. Or Republicans. I get them mixed up. Maybe it came from Anderson Cooper?
I take it running will only make the bear run at you more quickly? Still, I'd think moving quickly- as quickly as possible, would be the way to go. . Which means not bothering to walk backward slowly while dangling small children in front of the bear as bait, and making a video. Just a suggestion.
"Best Ginger" had me expecting a Tina Louise lookalike contest. Massively disappointed.
Do bears know they are bears?
Thank God my mom was not into sitting outside except her usual haunts.
I might try that healthy coke.
Singing all the parts.
Thank you Ann for the beautiful Bach. I am really not into the other genres of music you have posted.
Great collection. I need to try fake Coke. The gingers were hysterical, the bear
was terrifying. Mother, Midwest/South, and engaged girl also excellent.
At least the Southerner has real food back in the truck.

The bear was never going to kill all of them. He was only, at most, going to get one. And it's painfully obvious which one. And that boy was already tiring. He had to be told to move faster. He lagged behind and began requesting to "play dead."
The South versus midwest was interesting until the editorial comment was added.
I could totally see the reaction part in both cases. Then she made the point that 'after you get in your car and drive away, they trash you' - something she obviously can't know as she had gotten in her car and driven away when this alleged conversation took place. Same way she can't know what midwesterners "really" think of you.
Lived most of my life in the midwest in an area where many southerners migrated when jobs were plentiful in manufacturing. Never actually live in the south. As I said, I can believe both reactions but the southerners I know would say it to your face if they actually decided to judge you. They would say it politely, of course.
Whoops - forgot my favorite video. I didn't like any of them. If pushed, I would say the bear video because the kid was cute even though the parents were idiots.
"Same way she can't know what midwesterners "really" think of you."
The Midwest is a big place. I don't think Wisconsin is the same as Indiana. And Madison isn't the same as rural or small town Wisconsin.
How can you ever know what people are like when they are not around you? If they don't immediately say negative things the moment you're gone, that doesn't mean they don't have negative judgments. It might just mean they are more reserved or repressed.
Always easy to pick on the South. Acceptable bigotries, don’t you know.
Bach was beautiful.
Engaged girl amusing.
Plan for bear in the great outdoors, people.
Making fun of Mom: that one plus the SvM just reinforced why TikTok is not for me.
Midwest v. South: Too Long.
The makeup in the fake coke was great.
The people in the Bear video are unprepared for the wilderness.
The Bach was great -- but I didn't hear a trill on the penultimate note as it's written!
I just tried the fake Coke. I really like it! Very refreshing.
