Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo confirmed the potential move on Sunday, saying Biden has personally asked her team to look into the issue.
The tariffs, imposed by former President Donald Trump, affect household goods that could be purchased more cheaply from China. Raimondo previously praised some of Trump's tariffs on China as "very effective."

Dumbass Trump never did figure out that tariffs beget tariffs. For every tariff dollar collected from foreign countries tariffs are passed right back to the American consumer in the form of price increases as imports from these same countries bring payment of higher tariffs.
Fighting a tariff war with China, whose exports to the US are always higher than the dollar value of our shipments to the Chicoms costs every American consumer more at Amazon or at your friendly big-box store.
