The @ACLU is right to celebrate the achievements of Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the anniversary of her death.

And also to point out that she was a vile transphobic bigot whose words must be erased from history. https://t.co/Q8yvY8bnCX
The following songs have been approved by the @ACLU. 🎶

Just f'ing brilliant.
Ungendered
The original didn't seem insightful either.
"Isn't [they] Lovely?" almost made me spit coffee - hilarious!
On RBG - I always thought the worship of her a bit odd. Isn't the entire foundation of her legal theory from old white men?
I rarely agreed with the ACLU's politics, but at least they used to have principles.
From the ACLU website:
'In 1978, the ACLU took a controversial stand for free speech by defending a neo-Nazi group that wanted to march through the Chicago suburb of Skokie , where many Holocaust survivors lived.'
Today, can you imagine them defending the rights of Nazis to march in the streets?
I can't.
That's all you need to know about how they've become just another socialist, woke organization.
Duh. That’s why she was “Notorious” RBG. Me, I’m sticking with “God created Man…male and female.” The infinitesimally small exceptions to this prove the rule, as they say. Progressivism emphasizes exceptions at the cost of having any rules.
This appears to open the way for a father's right to refuse child support.
Titania is a gem. She is right and we should be laughing at all of them. Look how dumb they are, and they sound. This is progress??? No thanks.
More re-writing of history. The ACLU is the American Taliban.
Wow… I needed the laugh
Shall we pile on?
“(Person) Oh (Person)” — Foreigner
“American (Young Person)” — Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
“(Person) I Feel Like a (Person)” — Shania Twain
“(Young Person)” — Neil Diamond*
*Not to be confused with the same title as the Beatles
“(Birthing Person)” — John Lennon
Remember Frank Zappa and the (Birthing Persons) of Invention? Good shit man. Almost as good as the Flying Burrito (Make Siblings) in their heyday!
"Child"? "Adult"?
Ageism, straight up.
The women's movement is being obliterated and the women leading the women's movement are leading the effort.
It's time to look around the table and realize you've been the sucker.
You know you're trouble when even Ruth Effin' Ginsburg ain't woke enough...
The Mamas and the Papas: The Birthing Persons and the Non-Birthing Parents.
McGuinn and McGuire just a-gettin' higher
In L.A., you know where that's at
And no one's gettin' fat except Birthing Person Cass
Sorry sensitive yoots, I know "gettin' fat" is size-ist, but that is how the song goes.
Thank you, I needed that laugh

Nazis? Sure.
Conservative Americans?
Hell no
Wait. Isn't this meant to be comedy?
You make me feel like a nat-ur-al birthing person (birthing person!)
Sing it, Aretha!
Sad fact it's pretty close to not being satire. Give 15, tops 20 minutes and it will the reality of the moment.
I think it's disrespectful to RBG. Quote words as she gave them. If the ACLU thinks the quotation needs updating, add the update as a comment on her quotation.
"The @ACLU is right to celebrate the achievements of Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the anniversary of her death."
Can't we all put our differences away for just one day and simply celebrate the one-year anniversary of her death?
(Your blog's commenting machine is acting goofy today)
A national treasure
^^^^
What I came here to say.
Self parody is apparently the only thing the ACLU is actually good for these days.
No one has yet mentioned that great Helen Reddy hit, "I am Person"?
Abortion is a birthing person's choice.
ACLU changed a quote. Unreal.
ACLU = sad joke. Which is very sad.
