I appreciate the effort. Created in half a day. Got most of the funny lines in (cows, Big Ten football, computers in cars). Was far more watchable than the actual "debate." Trump is less of an asshole in this than he was last night. And Biden is more coherent in this than he was last night.
The murder hornets come out from the twilight fringe... with hate in their heart, a scalpel in their hand, and abortion their intent. Sounds about right.
But, we are not done. When people learn to kneel... The People in the [Iron] Mask?
... when they exercise liberal license to indulge diversity, when there is progress to a dysfunctional convergence, where there is social justice, witch hunts, warlock trials, and protests, then we will be doomed.
Still missed the cow part! That weirdly reminds me of Joe Biden’s penchant for Mass Transit.
In Madrid they are having a rise in COVID and in a German newspaper they interview poorer people who complain about being herded onto mass transit and packed like sardines.
The Hong Kong protests were frightening because of how the mass transit system was used against them.
Shit I forgot to add at least COVID got The Left to shut up about their love for herding the electorate onto cattle cars, temporarily .
I see mass transit as a loss of the auto, and autonomy.
I had that feeling before living almost a year in Shanghai —it can take three hours to go 15 miles. Pure hell, especially if you want to cart stuff. Now add COVID.
And he said unto him, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.
And he said unto him, Oh, we could not even find three, but Weird Al Yankovic is there, and that guy's great. And he said SOLD, I love that guy.
Way too little sense of humor here. This was great. I hate the Murder Hornets, and I am glad someone finally had something to say about them. Wake up, America.
"America is Doomed is a frequent complaint from some of the commenters here. It's not true when they say it, and it's not true now."
If you lived in Portland, Seattle, Detroit, Chicago, or New York, and your business, job or home was just burned to the ground, you could make the argument pretty persuasively that your America is doomed. Maybe commenters here give a shit about people living under Democrats more than Democrats do. You gotta see the problem before you can fix the problem. You won't be much help.
Stevew, I apologize if I misinterpreted your comment. I agree that America is not doomed for most of us. Me and mine have not experienced any real shitstorm other than our governor in Nevada single-handedly destroying our state's economy in a matter of months. We will recover, because Americans are just made that way, and Nevada has especially resilient people. I don't see America as doomed, because we had the ability to elect Trump - to take a wild chance on something different and that is as American as it gets. It tells me we still have the ability to be flexible, to experiment and to take some risks, and that is the heart of America. We are not doomed, because we will never accept that.
bagoh20 Yes, I agree with both your comments. If you live in those war torn places and have seen your life turned upside down, business destroyed, and so on then it is accurate to say your America is destroyed. I could have been more clear. I'm 63 years old and have been hearing about how America is doomed or dying, how our republic will soon cease to exist, that entire time. I was too young to pay attention to the '68 riots, but beginning with all the hullabaloo about the Vietnam war, then Watergate, the 70's oil crisis, Stagflation, there was a constant bleat about the end being nigh. Ronald Reagan provided a bit of a respite with his positive extolling of America and Americans, but that was soon replaced by Iran Contra. Yet here we are, in 2020.
Complaining that America is over because Donald Trump is President, and he and Biden did what they did during the "debate" the other night, is just chicken little sky-is-falling pessimism.
The Americans I know best will never, as you say, roll over and allow themselves or their country to be doomed.

Should be registered as an in-kind donation commercial for Biden. They strung up Dinesh D'souza for less.
Not his best work. Pretty terrible as comedy, actually.
Weird Al did a better job than Chis Wallace.
I love his etchings...
That reminded me of this older but much better Weird Am interaction.

seems pretty tame. I think that is intentional, I don't think Weird Al tries to be very political and I doubt his fanbase is very political either.

Not bad, tho I'm disappointed Al would throw in with the likes of PBS and the NYT.
That was bad, I left after about 5 seconds of it.
Imagine a Romney-Klobuchar unity ticket.
I tried to watch debate last night twice.

Artists should stay away from politics, it gets a stink on them that never washes off.

Give all of America a common enemy! I like where you are going with that.

When I hear "both sides" it tells me the right kicked ass.
Trump disarmed Biden best asset, the angry man fighting for the little guy.
Trump took that mantle and ran with it.
It was a mugging.
I Wonder if some of the Jews laughed on their way to the ghetto?
romaine would get us into a war with Russia
He's done much better, but NYT . . .
Narr
He can only go so far.
10 minutes of antifa and democrats/media/hollywood inciting and committing violence.
Biden won the debate and the election when he demonstrated he was up to the job. Trump demonstrating he wasn't up to the job was gravy.
Holy crap that's creepy.

Al pimped his brand but good. I couldn't be happier.
