Twitter, Google, and Facebook are always testing the limits to see who fights back hard enough and with enough social capital. Sure, Titania got reinstated, but I pretty much guarantee you that 90% of the accounts deleted in the last week for the same reasons won't get reinstated, and eventually Titania's account will be shut down and not reinstated.
