From what I have seen since I got home, he is a lot more scary than that. He seems to be a copy cat and this is going to be very hard to prevent. It has almost nothing to do with guns. Certainly not the guns that the lefties have been clamoring about.

After Parkland, I heard an interview with a psychologist (no, not the ubiquitous Jordan Peterson) who said mental health professionals asked the media after Columbine not to publish the names of school shooters or show their faces on TV. They predicted that making celebrities of murderers would inevitably lead to copy cat shootings. Nihilistic and unstable young men know that after their deaths they will be famous, and they'd rather be famous and dead, even for an infamous deed, than be ignored and obscure and alive.
