Yeah there was a clear sense Clinton had cheated on his wife, maybe with multiple partners.
But was his (alleged - repeat as necessary) RAPE known? His forcible sexual assault? His attempt to coerce a state employee into sex while Governor? His rape of a young woman at Oxford? His sexual liaison with a (far lower positioned) subordinate (sorry that was only per HRC a "vast right wing conspiracy" until the little blue dress was unveiled).
Not to mention he perjured himself in an attempt for a woman to get a fair judgement re: his sexual harassment. Did the voters know all that? All with far more evidence than in place against Roy Moore.
Of course not.
Distilled down to, "It's just consensual sex" during the days you reference.
So SURE the voters knew ALL about it.
