They are awesome. Although I like the peeled better than the unpeeled, the unpeeled seems to be a bit sweeter when chewed. Just don't like the peel. Almost like eating a sunflower seed with shell.
Not funny! Sedge invaded my lawn next to the driveway, presumably picked up on our tires, and it is a bugger to get rid of. As in, it is spreading faster than I can kill it with sprays. Pulling it out by the roots seems only to help its spread.
@Meade, any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Tiger nut horchata is very tasty.
Saute them with garlic mustard and serve with Asian Carp.
Wait, what? No, don't eat!

The price, AlbertA.
Beer Nuts are $2.49 and Deer Nuts are under a buck...
I'll be here all week. Tip your servers.
Didn't Charlie Sheen credit his "winning" with the ladies due to his tiger nuts?
It's good to know what is edible in your lawn. That's for certain.
Can I hang tiger nuts off my bumper hitch instead of bull nuts?
