They are awesome. Although I like the peeled better than the unpeeled, the unpeeled seems to be a bit sweeter when chewed. Just don't like the peel. Almost like eating a sunflower seed with shell.

Tiger nut horchata is very tasty.

Not funny! Sedge invaded my lawn next to the driveway, presumably picked up on our tires, and it is a bugger to get rid of. As in, it is spreading faster than I can kill it with sprays. Pulling it out by the roots seems only to help its spread.

@Meade, any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated.
