The link goes to a Washington Post article by Chris Cillizza — "Who had the worst week in Washington? Hillary Clinton" — which has a far nicer picture of Clinton. It begins:
For Hillary Clinton, it’s starting to look like deja vu all over again. There's nothing about the campaign aging her or ruining her health, which is what I think Drudge is selling.
Start a bid for the Democratic presidential nomination as giant front-runner. Check. Raise tens of millions of dollars and look unbeatable for large swaths of the year before the primaries start. Check. An insurgent challenger running to her ideological left? Check. Collapsing poll numbers on the eve of actual votes? Check.

The photo makes her look dirty.
It's a picture of her personality.
In public, Hillary looks like she is in her 50's. Dyed hair, lots of makeup, looks like she lost some weight, maybe some face work. In other words, she's fake on the outside and the inside.
If you were to commission a bronze of Hillary to stand in Washington or Little Rock to capture the memory of her existence it would look exactly like this.
I don't think she is healthy and wonder a bit about her mental state. She seems to give a speech OK, probably TelePrompTer provided. I've seen nothing spontaneous but I haven't been looking hard.
It goes like this: baby, youth, middle age, elderly, fossil.
Being inevitable is never a good thing.
A big story incoming months is the low tempo of the campaign with respect to Hillary's public appearances.
I think Drudge's point is that Hillary's undeniable corruption and dishonesty means that the more people see of and about her, the less they want her to be president.
In other words, her rising unpopularity is the "toll" (i.e., cost) of her campaign.
The woman of a thousand faces.
But what Drudge is peddling is probably the lineup below Hillary!'s picture.
Getting older slows you down some. That can be alright if you started out as a fast communicator. In Trump's case he needed to slow down so we could understand him as he unloads so much he wants to say about doing so much his way.
But in Hillary's case, she has always been a slow person because she has to inner vet every thought under her goal of SECRECY and finally come out with a poll rested wooden thought that covers up instead of communicating anything.
You can see that in Trump's ways which may seem rude to say things out loud that we don't want to face, but also makes people see his goodness and really like being around him in private because he is actually very gracious. The TV guys can't get enough of him.
But the result of Hillary's ways is someone having to scream and yell at everybody in private threatening destruction to anyone that does not protect her carefully withheld SECRETS. That shows through so much that a nearly dead old man like Commisar Bernard looks nicer than she does.
I didn't think Matt's photo suggested aging so much as her world spinning out of control, centrifugal forces, etc., causing even her cheeks to ripple.
She looks like a zombie.
Her skin is yellowish so I'd guess Drudge is wondering if she has cirrhosis.
She's not white and gold, she's blue and black. Frozen in carbonite? Trying out the gold statue street performer routine?
Hillary = Voldemort
This is the image of Hillary that flashes before the faces of those refugees from her policies in Libya and Syria as they are drowning in the Mediterranean while their overloaded ships capsize and sink.
The farce that launched a thousand ships.
He's trying to say that he likes David Tennant-era Dr. Who and he thinks she looks tired.
The Doctor vs. The Prime Minister
You stay classy San Diego!
"The Toll of a Campaign."
I think "Toll" is missing an "R".
I am Laslo.
It's a picture of the female Dorian Gray.
Theme wise, it would be The Portrait of Dorian Clinton with the sins of destroying Bill's bimbos over the years coming out and defacing the portrait of a Perfect Woman President painted by great Media artists over the last 20 years.
Inner beauty?
More likely the view of a (soon to be?) rotting corpse.
Still not as nasty as some of the portrayals of McCain when he was the candidate.
Remember all those wonderful shots of Bush looking like a chimpanzee? Wasn't that simply BRILLIANT of the photographer to capture his image like that?
ANY video of someone speaking will give plenty of grotesque still shots.
But Hillary? In this case the photographer captured what's actually inside - a mess of decaying ideas and a personality that's rotten clear through.
She needs to make fewer stops in Flint.
Even Webb Hubbell wouldn't hit that.
Hillary Bukkake Shot, with the semen then removed in Photoshop.
Her right eye is a giveaway.
I am Laslo.
Do you remember the Bond girl in Goldfinger who was painted all gold? It's her - 40 years later - back for revenge!
She looks like a Batman villain.
I don't know why I feel this way, but somehow I think Matt Drudge doesn't much like Mrs. Clinton.
Of course back in the day Matt was attacked by the stooges of the Clinton machine (notably the despicable Sid Blumenthal, he who got the US into Libya against our national interests and indirectly got an ambassador killed), and Drudge was accused by Hillary as being part of the "vast right-wing conspiracy." The Clintons are never ones to let bygones be bygones, so it's perfectly fair for their surviving targets to feel the same.
She looks like the lady who tanned herself so much she was chocolate colored.
All of the above and:
And also Drudge was probably referring to the tolling of a funeral bell. As in: - do not send, Hillary, to know for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for you.
And (but here my literary roots are showing) "poll" rhymes with "toll" so that thickens the image.
Big Mike,
Drudge should love the clintons. If it weren't for them, nobody might have ever heard of Drudge. Now it is apparently the most widely read website in the world.
In any event, the picture looks horrible. It looks like she has dark makeup on trying to pass as black. Perhaps her thinking was along the lines of "If Bill can be the first black president, and Barack can be the first actually black president, perhaps I can be the first black looking president." To do that, of course, she has to first be nominated then win the general. Both are looking less likely day by day.
Or maybe she is trying to win votes in West Virginia by looking like she has been working in a coal mine all day.

A toll is also a payment required before you can move ahead. HillBill have been good at extracting tolls. But now the toll tolls for she.
It really must be driving her crazy to think that she might lose. I think madness is more of a risk for her than physical decline, and I have long thought that she is not physically healthy. Not diseased perhaps, but unhealthy.
Do you suppose she has ever watched the film Kill Bill?
Hillary Clinton, a woman without morals, ethics, restraints, a woman who exists solely on her desire to exact revenge against those who accurately pointed out her husband's faithlessness, abuses, perversions, has no reason to be allowed close to any authority or responsibility, and definitely has no past history indicating she can be trusted with power.
Yet she will win the presidency, likely by obvious fraud, because she has spent 12 years in a corrupt Democrat party organizing its blind support, 12 years in a corrupt media organizing its rabid and blind support, 12 years in a corrupt nation organizing careful electoral fraud.
You go, girl!
Tin man, she has no heart: https://trustworks.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/tinman1.jpg
fake mud person?
What's Drudge trying to say? Vampire!
A big story incoming months is the low tempo of the campaign with respect to Hillary's public appearances.
I had wondered about that. I think that it was last summer, when she was rocketing around Iowa in her Scubi van, maybe 20 miles over the speed limit. And, that was mostly to meet campaign donors. Almost nothing since then. Maybe she doesn't need to campaign, but at least in those early states, putting in the time and effort does seem to count with the people voting.
If the election comes down to her against Trump, I expect that we will see a lot of him talking about her having low energy, and her not really being able to respond that well, because she really does have low energy in comparison to him. I also wouldn't be surprised if he talked about her having health issues, but don't expect him to talk about possible drinking problems.
"Bukkake Shot..."
Tanks, Laslo you are. I learned something new today.
And yeah, the headline left out an 'r' for sure.
Cheers
The way Hillary campaigns is by eliminating her rivals behind the scenes in the money games, and with her friends in the press denying them oxygen. She is also trying to select her opponent, Harry Reid style.
"Give me the power to nominate, and I will care little for your power to elect." Or as I call it, "The Baking of the President, 2016"
It reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where one of Jerry's girlfriends looks good in certain lighting and frightening in other lighting. He decides to only meet her in the restaurant booth where the light is favorable as otherwise she appears to be a ghoul. The DNC is working hard to present her in that one booth where she appears to be attractive.
I love irony. The last time Hillary!'s nomination was "inevitable", her election as president would have been assured if she'd gotten the nomination. No Republican, certainly not McCain, but also not Romney or any other potential nominee, could have won that year. This time, if she does get the nomination she will face really tough opposition in the general election, whether from Trump, Cruz, Rubio, Christie, or whoever (she would probably crush Jeb!, because there's room for only one ! in the general election). Her friends in the press (well, I guess I should just say "the press") will portray her as reasonable, patriotic, experienced, pragmatic, and so forth in comparison with whoever the Republican nominee is, but Bernie really has pulled the mask off that old Lone Ranger, and I doubt she'll ever get it back on.
Like Drudge is the first to ever use an unflattering photo of the subject of a critical article/column.
Is it too early to consider a Trump-Biden "unity" ticket?
