"You could've at least let Rosa sit at the front of the logo @HillaryClinton."
That's from almost a month ago. I'm only seeing it now in this NYT piece "When Presidential Candidates Go Too Far on Social Media: #FeetInMouth." That is, it's part of a collection that has blunders from other candidates to dilute it.
The NYT has referred to it once before, not when it happened, but in the depths of a December 23rd article called "Hillary Clinton Is ‘Not My Abuela,’ Critics Say." And I must give the NYT credit for doing a full article on that Abuela thing, which, to self-criticize, I never attended to.

Reminds me of a friend of mine whose daughter had to do some high school project where they had to place famous people in history on a bus and explain why they put them there.
She had Rosa Parks as the driver because she only wanted to be in the front.
Girl was too cute to be that dumb.
Hillary is, blessedly, tone deaf and not quite human-like.
Front of the logo.
Now that's funny! Live by the undeserved association, die by the undeserved association.
The Clinton's moves are old and tired.
She looks like Monica Lewinsky. Why would they do that?
And I must give the NYT credit for doing a full article on that Abuela thing
And why should they get credit for doing what is, in fact, just their fucking job?
Rosa wasn't just a kind lady, she was a well-trained, seasoned political operative.
Hispandering. It's not just for breakfast anymore.
"How did I miss this impropaganda?"
In your defense, there is a tidal wave of Hillary! defending/protecting/advocacy going on in the media so it's not your fault if you simply can't get to all of it.
It would be a good logo for a restroom door.
There's alot to see here, and the first thing I saw was an elderly lady sporting a great big missile-dick.
Love the Zorro hat.
The problem with the criticisms posted about the "abuela" post is all of them are about how impoverished their abuela is.
But surely not all abuelas are poor. If she had said they were, that would have been stereotyping.
Why isn't it enough to say it's stupid because it's another language for the same thing. Hillary Clinton is like your grandma. Does that make sense? Does anyone think she is?
Sexist, I say. Sexist. Dr Ruth says it's all good.
International news: kid tells Billary that he doesn't think it's fair that engineers make more money than baby-sitters.
Who can blame Hillary for this? Not me. She didn't do this. She's not clever enough to think up a concept like this. And she can't even send a fax, so her technical skills are those of a lower-level 69 year-old. (Lots of higher-level 69 year-olds do just fine, I am sure.)
Somebody ought to ask Hilly what a zip file is, and what you do with one. I suppose you could ask her about a floppy disk, but then the twenty-somethings might not think it is so funny.
The Demcrat message to blacks:
During election season, every November you get to sit in the front on the bus! Isn't that noble of us!
During other seasons, well,....
Gotta' second @Steven Davis on this one. Although if you move Rosa's icon further to the right, things go from bad to worse -- even if it does make her "missile" smaller. The whole thing borders on a violent depiction. Facebook banned this, right?
Inappropripropaganda
Did Bill rape Rosa? And did Hillary! buy/enforce her silnce?
Forward!
Progaganda.
In a left-to-right reading/writing system, Rosa would appear to be at the front. However, Hillary's bus is going in reverse!
I think the intent of the logo was "With Hillary, we all can move forward."
Actually, no. Someone found clipart, stuck it on their logo, then moved it so it didn't cover the arrow, with pretty much no thought put into it at all.
I took Spanish 50 years ago, so forgive me, but when I saw the word "abuela" I thought it was the part of Hillary's brain destroyed by her fall and excessive use of cocaine supplied by Roger Clinton. Evidently I was wrong, does it mean "grifter" in Spanish?
