I felt there was something creepy about how her breasts look. The word "babyheads" helped focus the analysis. And "contoured." It's a trompe-l'oeil painting on her chest, rendered in make-up.
If you look at the little photos from the designer, the dress was intended to be worn by a rail-thin, board-flat, no-shoulder mannequin (and, as one commenter said, an 80-year-old. That, or a 14-year-old.) Why they put it on a living, breathing 40-year-old with shoulders and boobs is beyond me. Of course it's not going to fit! But, picture it on Meryl Streep in her "Devil Wears Prada" white-hair-upsweep, and ca-ching! Ab fab! If I knew how to use photoshop, I'd create an example to prove it.

What struck me is the expression on her face. Tired, resigned, and I think rather embarrassed. Some other woman in another mood could probably carry this off better, bad as it is.
For DD Driver. Since Althouse refuses to translate: Lot's of internet slang uses acronyms for shorthand -- like LOL for laughing out loud. In the world of NY style Girl is short for "Gorillas in re-purposed lingerie" and WHUT is short for "We have [gotten] used to". So the phrase actually translates as: "this is coming awfully close to a gorilla in re-purposed lingerie -- which we have gotten used to." Althouse is correct that the "baby heads" is a reference to the size and shape of the woman's breasts.
Speaking of Ming the Merciless, I noticed that Hilary has at least TWO versions of that god-awful shirt/jacket/whatever/thing. Same item in two different colors. That I-have-the-same-suit-in-30-colors look works great with the expertly and conservatively tailored pantsuits--and whoever came up with the pantsuits is a genius, best possible way to camouflage her figure flaw--but in a memorably weird and utterly unflattering garment, wearing it in more than one color screams that you love it and think it looks good on you, rather than that it was an unfortunate one-off (like the dress.)
Goddamn it! Where is Laslo when we need him? I didn't know what babyheads were either till I read the comments on the article. I will be using it in the future though ;) The mind boggles with what Laslo could do with babyheads as a euphemism for boobs.

I hope she paid nothing for the privilege of wearing it.
Looks pretty awful. The whole dress looks like it was supposed to be pointing at her vagina, but missed and hit her belly button instead.
Implants are a little low.

Can someone translate that comment for us? I have no idea what any of that means.

It's no fun without the lingo.
Why is it that all of the store bought titties look the same? Attractive woman, the dress not so much.

I think I remember traffic signs like that in the Czech Republic.
Forget the dress, it can come off.
I still love her eyes and smile, and likely will when she is 80!
Maybe so, but I do love Jane. Love her eyes and that funny way she purses her lips. I am on Team Jane, even if her dresser/designer is not.
The dress and overdone cleavage made her look like an old crone trying to pretend she wasn't. Probably not what she was aiming for.

All I can think when I see that is what she'd look like on a dark stage with black lights.
It's not as hideous as Hillary's "Ming the Merciless" big-open collar outfit. But, it's not much better.

Hope this is helpful.

The commenters at the link are interpreting the expression on her face as meaning that she knows how bad the outfit and the breast-painting are.
@H
LOL
Living on ludicrosity.
Life as parody of life. Another sure sign of the end of the Age. Or is it an announcement of the first woman President
I want to here Donald Trump's opinion on this. Bimbo vel non?
H: thanks (I think).
So tacky when they flop (or slip) out.
it's great. breasts are beautiful. more cleavage more better.
She is gorgeous.

In some Dem circles, Hillary herself is known as "Mingia the Merciless"
