I'm still surprised by how appealing Jimmy Fallon is. Not enough to make me want to watch the Tonight Show, but enough that I'll click on a clip like this, overcoming my huge resistance to watching any videos online, ever.

This was funny without being mean. I enjoyed it.

Credit given for this, but he stil has no chance to win a GOP primary in any state but his own.

Voters have long memories.

Not fair? Go cry on your pal Obama's shoulder.

Click bait. Not watching. Fallon tries too hard to be watchable in all these videos he produces. Turns me off.

Joan and I obviously disagree. LOL.

Too long.

Much too long. After 90 seconds the entertainment limit was reached.

I ended up watching a bunch of youtube videos of his called 'hashtags'. And I've watched several of these evolution of dancing videos, rap battle lip syncing, etc...

Whether they are a hit or miss individually, I think Jimmy does a good job of being non-politically funny and not mean/funny and in today's day and age that is a bit of fresh air. So he appeals to me on that level.

But yeah, I'm still not watching any late night tv. I'll watch clips.

I thought Dad dancing was not dancing at all.

I think I saw my father dance exactly twice. Once was at his wedding. The other was a quick waltz with me to no music in the White House.

Trying not to be mean, but Christie's entrance reminded me a a segment in Disney's Fantasia.

Wow with all the rehearsal that must have taken, I'm surprised Christie didn't have a coronary event.

So, Christie HAS lost weight. "Don't look back Scott; somebody may be gaining on you."

Way to dance into Hillary Clinton's press week!

Yes, in a commune. And my Dad was the Commune King, so he got to keep all us kids when everybody sold out. And we lived like a mixture of the The Brady Bunch and My Two Dads except that it was just the one dad and none of us were step kids. George H.W. and Barbara Bush had both been in the commune for a time, so they had us over once, and we broke out the tambourines but danced waltzes in silence (due to the selling out and all of that.) And there my father met a former Commune Queen from another place on the opposite coast, and they married, and there was a dance in the moonlight with flowers in everyone's hair.

Or none of that happened, and my parents divorced, both remarrying years later.

That's a pretty awesome comment, regardless of what one thinks about Christ Christie or the movie "Fantasia," either thing or both things.

First time in a long time that I'm truly in awe. Interesting.

Also, entertaining.

Oh, no. Not in all cases.

My dad was a great dancer. He just didn't like to dance, in general, as opposed to playing the tunes of dancing, and specifically he didn't like to dance with people who couldn't already dance. That's why he didn't like to dance in general. He wasn't a teacher of dancing, and nor did he want to be. Yet his preference was to dance with trained dancers. It's a conundrum, as always it was. He wanted only to dance with great dancers, but didn't want anything to do with teaching dancing.

@Freeman Hunt: I figured explanation number two, but explanation number one is really cool! Keep working on that. There's your first novel.

I am writing Freeman's first novel, she just doesn't know it yet.

Sorry Freeman: I am already at Chapter Five.
