But it is true that hoodies are favored by our young black street scholars. Why shouldn't they be models for targets as much as white grannies? jeff said...: I dont know if the cop is lying or not, but posters like that are exactly what are used in shoot/dont shoot training. Including posters of old ladies and cops. Ignorance has never been a bar against expressing an uniformed opinion though.; 4/15/13, 7:00 PM
