"It’s not that kind of a thing. I’ve never made a huge secret of it at all. My friend and I, my partner, we went through all of this 38 years ago. So I mean, we made our vows and that was it. It was to each other, but nevertheless, we were a couple.”

And Inga,
It's Inductive reasoning that your being faced with, you silly homophobe
No, you're wrong. You've created a situation in which there is only an either/or outcome.
If you were applying inductive reasoning, you would explore all possible outcomes. For instance, human sexual practice can shift temporarily in certain circumstances. Prisons are the obvious example. Ships too. Virtually none of the people who do this consider themselves homosexual, and when circumstances change they go back to their usual heterosexual practices.
So, with respect to your hypothetical, one could assume that Inga might well engage with sex with the girl, and at the same time not be closeted or a homophobe.
Ha!
It was no "surprise, surprise." Shazam!!
