"We did not attack her for raising voice for education. We targeted her for opposing mujahideen and their war... Sharia says that even a child can be killed if he is propagating against Islam."

I can't speak to the blogger's views, but the lesson I take is that we really can't change the minds of the most zealous haters of the United States. Obama, Bush... it doesn't matter. The US President is considered enemy #1 to those butchers. Apology tours won't fix this. Blaming terrorism on a youtube video isn't going to help. Imposing restrictions on free speech isn't going to help.

Actually, no, they're right.

The thing is, this is a culture war. Tolerance is a Western cultural value. Anyone who subjectively declares their support for co-existence between the West and its enemies has objectively declared their allegiance to the utter victory of the West over its enemies. The in-between they think they've taken doesn't exist. Everything he says is true and I see no sign of hate. It's simply an observation of the media double standard. When is the last time you heard the media trumpet a "grim milestone" casualty figure? Did you know that US deaths in Afghanistan hit 2000 at the end of September? Where was the hoopla? Where is the intense media reporting on the dramatic rise in poverty under Obama? Where is any reporting on homelessness? Where is any critical reporting that was common under Republican presidents? Remember when Bush had a "jobless recovery" because unemployment was at 5 or 6%? Very funny, Mr. Funnyman! I spent 5 minutes on that second GIF waiting for the drone attack. It never happened! I felt like Candy Crowfeet at a presidential debate.
