Excuse my pedantry, but I think the "miley'd" metaphor doesn't so much (or not only) refer to getting a pixie cut, but rather getting a pixie cut and then spending the day self-admiringly photographing yourself from different angles, with different expressions, in different poses, and tweeting those images to the world. Hence the locution "to miley the shit out of a Saturday."

Many women divide their lives into pre-pixie cut, pixie cut and post-pixie cut.
But of course there's no difference between men and women.
What's with the new trend of making verbs out of nouns? I've even seen people make verbs out of adjectives, as in "I awesomed all the way home."
