"Feds Arrest Producer Of Controversial Anti-Islam Film On Probation Violation Charge."

"Investigators have not yet provided details about how Nakoula allegedly violated probation, but it seems clear that his involvement in the 'Innocence of Muslim' production is central to the government's new charge."

I'll apologize. Allie, I'm genuinely sorry you don't understand the first amendment.

BTW, your homeboy just sealed his loss.

OTOH you need to THINK about what YOU say. you're whipping anti-fascists and anti-nazis into a frenzy with your FOREIGN understanding of free speech.

THE FILM DIDN'T CAUSE THE LIBYAN DISASTER.

Violations of inalienable rights are not justified.

Dear Lord, people.

Thank goodness.

Obama and Clinton lied and people died.

From Allahpundit: “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam. And if we occasionally have to haul a guy in on a probation violation to ensure that the future doesn’t belong to him, hey.”

Troofer Allie: Think for a moment that it was THIS particular video that may have been part of a much larger plot by our enemies.

Still SoS (Stuck-on-Stoopid), I see. This particular excuse gets thinner (and stupider) every time you flog it. AQ could have produced it themselves, just as Danish Imams made up the more offensive Mohammed cartoons.

I did know that Inga. I follow the threads here and at a few other blogs, but seldom comment due to my work/personal schedule. My point is, like Christopher said above, this administration has used this particular video as a scapegoat. It doesn't matter what the intention of the maker of the video was...again there are thousands of videos on You Tube that one could claim to equally incite the rage of the enemies of western culture. I guess if we start treating these videos as weapons used by our enemy in the arsenal of fighting Islamic terror it would be consistent with the absurd protocols used so far...COIN, "hearts & minds", broadcast deadlines, handing your enemy guns paid for by the US taxpayer to kill you, etc. etc.

Inga: Free speech is not an "ideology" it is a cornerstone of our liberty. Can. You. Not. Get. It. ?

As the mother of an active duty Marine who returned from Leatherneck a few days before the attack that took 2 lives and the largest single loss of military equipment since Vietnam, I agree with Yashu. Cedarford and Inga are out of their depths on this one. My son is fighting to protect and defend the United States and our Constitution.
=================
Fighting in Afghanistan to nation-build an Islamic country that hates just about every aspect of US law and Culture to "defend our Constitution" is like sending 6 American heroes on a mission to Mars to
support and defend the "Sacred Parchment".

I never knew a single person in the military that signed up because they worshipped our Constitution..Or protect Miranda Rights, or lifetime Federal judges, or free speech.
Signing up to protect the physical well-being of Americans yes, job training yes, wanting to hunt down and smite enemy that hurt Americans, yes...
But not to be in uniform on ideology or legalese love. "I'm here because I love how the Holy Founders envisioned Abortion rights" "I just love Congress and how any veto of a part of a budget vs the whole budget is unConsitutional!" "Ever since I was a small conservative, I venerated a copy of the Constitution 5 times and day..waiting to be in uniform so I could bow with my head to it in foreign lands."

"I weep when I think of my comrades who died for Article III, clause 8, subclause 8.1.b"

In Cedarfords world you fight for the Fatherland not the "Sacred Parchment."
